LDW crew! We joined Blythe in Orlando, got some sun, ate great food, dodged storms, and had soooo many laughs.

a once in a lifetime weekend spent celebrating a once in a lifetime friend🤍👰🏻‍♀️🌌
Lucky to call you my bestie for the last 15 years, and for giving us a reason to visit the north pole in the middle of winter, and for giving Amanda and I a chance to laugh until we cried. love you long time Mar! (sad you’re not marrying me tho) 👯‍♀️❄️🧊🐻

2025 has been quieter.
On purpose.

I’ve been going deeper instead of louder—
investing in myself, my family, and the people who truly matter more than anything else.

This year has been about reclaiming what I value, redefining what “a good life” actually looks like, and reimagining it in a way that feels honest and aligned—not inherited, expected, or rushed.

I’m endlessly grateful for the relationships that have walked with me here. The ones who challenge me, ground me, tell me the truth, and remind me to choose love—again and again. To love people well. To stay soft. To stay present.

Less noise.
More meaning.
More depth.
More devotion to what really matters. 🤍

Sometimes I look back and wonder if Norway was all just a dream✨
How did I get so lucky in this life?
to not only travel to a magically moody land all by myself but to explore it - truly feel it -
with the most down to earth, beautiful, hilarious, caring strangers who ultimately became family.
All I know is I’m so immensely grateful.
For deep life conversations as we paddled (for our lives) through fjords.
For shedding happy tears over stories and delicious plates of food.
For comforting hugs when those happy tears became sad tears.
For a hungry, little Ally bear foraging her afternoon snack in the wild blueberry bushes.
For sitting (or hiking) in the uncomfortable to find gratitude in the comfortable.
This trip taught me so much and it’s thanks to every single person in the Norway Fam, especially you, @acoucke, thank you for bringing us together and letting me be a part of it 🫶🏼 and getting the best group shot!!

I love you and miss you all 😭

Norway was quite an adventure🇳🇴! Another amazing trip with even more amazing people! Pictures don’t do this beautiful country justice, even with the downpours and gale force winds! Special thank you to the hostess with the mostest, our fearless leader Ally for bringing together so many wonderful souls that I’m now lucky enough to call my friends ❤️
