**Immune health is wealth** When you’re committed to self love, love 🤍🤍🤍 and abundance always appears and our bodies are our vehicles that deserve that clarity.
So, this the first time I’ve followed the intermittant fasting organic superfood protocol and so far so good!
I’ve suffered from leaky gut since I was a child, the result of antibiotics and bad 80’s and 90’s food marketed to us as what’s healthy for families and just a lack of education when it comes down to it. Now as I sit on the council for the Million Mom Movement, I know in my heart that my story led me to focus on it’s mission: To provide solutions to empower 1000 familes in 100 communities to impact 10 people each to eat cleaner and greener 🥒🍋🥑🍓🍇🍎🥦 I’m a bit of an overachiever and 10x’d that goal and continue on. My mission has been to help as many people to prevent and get off of prescription medications through food as medicine. I beat covid using these superfoods and would love to share my resources w y’all because immune health is wealth.
Through these 20 days in quarantine on this program, 2 meals were done for me. I loved the convenience of having to only create one masterpiece daily for the fam, especially since I was working from home w 2 kids with intense online homeschool programs. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I eat strictly organic and almost fully plant based but the quarantine packed on a few that are now ✨gone✨and I’m back at my healthy zone where allergy and pms symptoms don’t surface. I have better sleep, less cellulite and more energy so straight wins 🙌🏻🎉 #millionmommovement #goals #superfood #holisticnutrition #familyfirst #cleanse #organicfood #puriumtribe #quarantine #healthyeating #wholefoodplantbased #wholefood #purejoy #immunesupport #covid_19

Roughly a year ago I facilitated my first workshop with some of the most dramatic, joyful, powerful and funny people I’ve had the privilege of experiencing. After months of preparation this past weekend I had the privilege of being in co-creation with some more dynamic human beings and am still in awe of what they were able to create all within a moments notice. One of my biggest take always is 85% is close enough to put out there because that’s better more than 99% of something that hasn’t been published or released yet. The rest will fall into place and an impact can be made nonetheless. Wrapped the weekend going on a ramen date with my girlfriend and some great friends. Honored and grateful for the opportunities that unravel with the lessons.

Whatever you do, don’t look at the hand or the finger in the back of the picture. Just don’t do it. Don’t. Happy Monday 😂
