Yesterday, I hosted my first-ever Love in Motion Community Fitness Event, and my heart is full of gratitude for every single person who came out 💛

We had over 20 people pull up, connect with one another, and pour back into themselves and man it was special!

Community has played such a major role in my life. The person I’m growing to become is a result of the people who showed up for me, believed in me, poured into me, and genuinely wanted to see me succeed.

That’s exactly what I want to build with Love in Motion: a space where we can come together, grow together, check in on one another, and remind ourselves that we don’t have to do life alone!

The strongest communities are built by people who understand that taking care of themselves is a part of taking care of others.

The more we show up for ourselves, pour into ourselves, and create opportunities to connect with each other, the stronger our community becomes and we’re just getting started!

Our next Love in Motion event will be October 21 at 7 PM ET at Veterans Park in Dallas, Georgia, and this one will be Breast Cancer Awareness themed 🎀
