This is why I love coaching.

Yeah, seeing people lose weight and build muscle is awesome, but that’s honestly not my favorite part.

My favorite part is watching someone become more confident, more disciplined, and mentally stronger than when they first started.

This lift was one for the books 🤝🏼

Get in to IT 🫡

Start and end your day with hydration it’s how you get into CRYSTAL CLEAR SKIN (see why below 👇🏾)

Korean skincare BEEN telling us: hydration first, then lock it in. That means:
1️⃣ Hydromist – Get that moisture in ASAP
2️⃣ Serum – Trap it & give your skin what it needs
3️⃣ Moisturizer – Seal the deal & keep your skin soft

💬 How Jon be doing it? Exactly like that. 👏🏾 Now it’s your turn.

My coach aka my wife @smilestfleury was calling out the play while it was playing on the TV, hence why, some of my moves weren’t exactly like his😅 my bro @iamjefflaurin said, “You gonna sweat” I did folks🥵 This workout was legit the truth, I encourage y’all to try it yourself.
