NO PR GOAL. NO PACE GOAL. JUST ONE GOAL: TO MOTIVATE. ❤️🏃‍♂️

Going into the Pinoy Fitness Mamaw Run, I had absolutely no intention of chasing a personal record.

Hindi ko goal maging pinakamabilis. Hindi ko goal maging pinakamalakas na runner. Hindi rin ako naghahabol ng finish time.

My goal? To make as many runners smile as I possibly could. 🥹❤️

To cheer for strangers. To compliment their amazing costumes. To recognize their effort. To shout “KAYA MO ’YAN!” to someone who might need to hear it.

Because I remember what it felt like to be that runner who needed encouragement.

And now, if I can be that person for somebody else, even for just a few seconds, then that’s already a win for me.

It was never about how fast I could run. It was always about how many people I could lift up along the way.

Huge thanks to @pinoyfitness @iamjefflo for creating an event that brings people together, and @buzzfuelph for being part of this amazing experience! ⚡🕷️

At the end of the day, I don’t need to be the strongest runner in the room.

I’d rather be the reason another runner keeps going. ❤️

That’s my kind of PR.

Motivate, Don’t Discriminate. 🫶

You know what? We don’t always chase PRs. Sometimes, THIS is what we’re chasing. 🥹

The community. The connections. The love. The laughter. And the amazing people we meet along the way.

Yesterday’s Pinoy Fitness Mamaw Run reminded me exactly why I fell in love with running in the first place.

Getting to meet fellow runners, followers, and even saying our favorite “IF YOU’RE A RUNNER…” together was such an amazing experience! 😂

Special shoutout to Lynn, Claire, Micah, Jericho, Sir @iamjefflo , and SO MANY MORE! You guys genuinely made my day!

Huge thanks to @pinoyfitness for bringing this incredible community together and @buzzfuelph for being part of the adventure! ⚡🕷️

Because at the end of the day, medals collect dust, PRs eventually get broken, but the people and memories we make along the way? Those stay with us. ❤️

This is why we run.

dont look at the drapes
dont look at your favourite colours
look for harmony.
