Did you know holding onto anger or heavy emotions doesn’t just affect your mood — it affects your whole body? We might try to brush it off or “stay strong,” but our bodies always know the truth. When we carry unprocessed emotions like resentment, frustration, or grief, that energy doesn’t just disappear. It settles in. Into our muscles, our breath, our nervous system. You might feel it as tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, restless sleep, or just an overall sense of heaviness. Over time, it can lead to chronic stress, fatigue, inflammation or a feeling of disconnection from yourself, which can all lead to a number of diseases! Spiritually speaking, emotions are energy in motion. When we don’t let them move through us, they get stuck. And that stuckness blocks our clarity, our peace, and even our creativity. Our intuition. Letting go isn’t about pretending it didn’t hurt. It’s about honoring your feelings — and then choosing to release what no longer serves you. Your body is sacred. Your emotions are messengers. And peace is your birthright. Breathe. Move. Cry. Meditate. Write. Pray. Whatever helps you release; just do more of it! Your body and soul will thank you! 💋✨ Have you felt the shift when you finally let go of something you were holding onto? I’d love to hear your story below. #healingfromwithin #energy #kundalini #breath #nervoussystemregulation #movement

I get it… You’re doing “all the things” right? (Comment podcast for a whole episode on this one) And the grand finale…. Number ✋~ YOU DON’T BELIEVE YOU CAN! I said what I said. You are making decisions that are NOT in alignment with the version of you who ALREADY “has”. The growth our entire family has experienced as a result of that first leap of faith to leave town has been extraordinary. The "irony" is we moved from our small town to avoid my husband having to work away. We moved somewhere where he had multiple job opportunities as opposed to the single mill that shut down in our home town. 2 years in we took another leap and he started working away anyways to get us ahead. Has it been ideal having him away 2 weeks at a time, to only be home for 1 week? Nope. I miss him, and I hate how much time he misses out on with the kids. But our communication game has excelled - when it's all you have, it gets all your focus. We've gotten creative on how to keep the 🌶️ alive - goodbye roommate status. He's had far more career growth since leaving the pulp industry and heading into construction. I'm BEYOND proud of him for continuing to take those leaps and step into higher responsibility roles all the way to becoming the team lead on his site. This NEVER 👏🏻 EVER 👏🏻 would have happened if he stayed where he was. We've paid off an exceptional amount of debt, paid cash to go to Disneyland, and have more savings than we've ever had. I found myself. All that extra time alone, the freedom to be the sole guide in our home has helped me really explore who I am, what I love, and all the things I didn't know about myself because my 20s were spent in the pits of PPD/anxiety and a bipolar diagnosis. Our kids are THRIVING in sports, their confidence is through the roof, and the friendships they've built in our neighborhood are beautiful enough to make your heart explode. ✨ If we had stayed in our home town, and he worked away, this would not have been the outcome, and that's something I know to my core. Sometimes we're meant to still experience the thing we tried to avoid, but a change of circumstances can completely transform your capacity to navigate that season all the way through to your quantum leap. So set yourself up, regulate your nervous system, raise your capacity And go take that LEAP 🚀

I said what I said. Let’s be honest here, there is a lot of fear and uncertainty floating around in the outside world, and it’s because the majority of people allow the outside world to affect their inner being, succumbing to the fear. Afraid and scared of what the future holds. And that in turn, is only going to continue to bring us down, continue to lower the vibration of humanity as a whole. And not to get all dramatic, but this will be our demise. And this is why it is SO IMPORTANT, that those who can see the Light, can see a better way, know how to turn to LOVE, trust in Source, and KNOW that we will always be okay, keep showing up, keep sharing their work, and answer the call to serve their greater purpose if they haven’t already. The world needs your work more than ever right now, to help return humanity to LOVE, to collaboration, to connection. To help others who only see sadness and fear and lack, see how abundant they already are, and how to find joy every single day, in any given moment. We do this by helping others raise their vibration with your work. It will begin to create a ripple effect throughout the world, raising consciousness as we know it. And yes, you should also be generously compensated for said work, because a the moment money is a part of life, and to be able to do this important work, you are worthy of bringing in the income to provide for your life, so that you CAN share your gifts on the daily. So let go of any guilt or shame in asking for money for helping others. It is an exchange of energy, the Law of Compensation. Energy must flow — giving and receiving are two sides of the same coin. When a person invests their energy into something, they open the door for expansion, abundance, and new opportunities to flow back. This is where I have found my purpose, in activating others in their soul purpose, in their soul gifts, so that the world can return to LOVE, and THRIVE once again. #lightwork #spiritualwarrior #raiseyourfrequency

THIS 🌀 Before you roll your eyes and scroll past… (yes queen, I saw that 😉) let me ask you something… have you ever felt stuck, unsure why you keep repeating the same patterns, or held back by fears or beliefs that don’t really feel like yours? Or maybe you just are very confused where they have come from … SOMETIMES the reason isn’t in this life~ it could be a past life. STICK WITH ME!!!!! So how do you figure out if these blocks and living beliefs are truly yours and what do we do about it? Great question! I’m so happy you asked 😜 Insert ~ past life regression sessions🔥 Think of it like this: I take you through a guided meditation, where you are super relaxed, very comfortable, in a safe environment, and this allows your mind to open up. A.k.a., your subconscious to come on board. Then, I lead you through a sequence of exploring memories or experiences from this or past lives. This is also known as another time that your soul might have lived before this one. Still here??? Amazing!! I know that this might sound crazy, but I believe to my core that your soul has lived many lifetime, and because of this, sometimes, fears limiting beliefs blocks, and even habits can get carried into this life without us realizing it. Your subconscious is incredibly intuitive. Let me be clear, this is not about living in the past, rather freeing yourself in the now! And the best part for my sceptic Queen ‘s out there, you truly don’t have to even believe in past lives… This protocol is incredibly freeing on the limiting beliefs and blocks you may have today either way! Trust me when I tell you the moment I realized where my block came from… SO MUCH CHANGED🔥 So get curious… be open to the possibility of… and allow me to take you on a journey you’ll never forget ❤️‍🩹 Drop into the comments with your questions 😘

There's no such thing as "too much" in my world. We dance like no one's watching We shamelessly belt out karaoke We celebrate ourselves for every single win We clap LOUDLY for others when they're winning We do all sorts of weird woo-woo shit in our bedrooms We 💥 up chat threads when we have a lot to say We don't stifle our laughs We smile til our eyes get squinty We live LOUDLY and shine BRIGHT And our presence is felt in every room we walk into. There's no dimming your light when you step into my world babe, and the door is wide open 🚪✨ . . . #HighCapacityCEO #ShineBrightBabe #EnergeticLeadership #UnapologeticallyMe #VibeAndThrive #BigEnergyOnly #CapacityQueen #MagneticWoman #OwnYourLight #TooMuchIsJustRight #ManiGen #ManifestingGenerator #SoulLedEntrepreneur

🐍What 𝐊𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 is 𝐍𝐎𝐓 - Let’s Clear This Up 👀 If your mind’s had questions, your heart’s about to get the answers. ❌ It’s not a quick fix or a surface-level vibe ❌ It’s not a trendy workout or a “yoga body” thing ❌ It’s definitely not about bypassing your emotions with love & light only ❌ It is not a religion ❌ It is not “evil” or “dangerous” ❌ It is not about worshipping anything outside of you ❌ It’s not about mind control, manipulation, or some mysterious agenda ✨ Kundalini Yoga is an ancient energetic technology for awakening the power already within you. It moves energy. It awakens your power. It clears the blocks between you and your truth. It doesn’t tell you what to believe — it helps you connect more deeply to your own truth, inner guidance, and divinity on your terms. Because everyone has their own beliefs, that hold true to them - not making anyone “right” or “wrong”. It uses breath, movement, and mantras to ignite your inner fire and bring you back to the real you — the limitless, radiant, wildly powerful version of you that’s been waiting to rise. It’s here to remind you of who you are. 💛 Pure. 💫 Powerful. 🔥 Limitless. ✨ Light. It doesn’t ask you to be perfect. It asks you to be present. And when you show up… everything begins to shift. ⚡️ You don’t find Kundalini Yoga, it finds you...when you are ready to awaken the beautiful, Divine energy that has always been within. 👇 Drop a 🔥 if you’re feeling the call 💫 Or DM me “Kundalini” if you’re ready to explore it safely + powerfully

You know what comparison causes right? I call it the “4 S’s” ❌Should ❌Shame ❌Sabotage ❌Shut down So here’s why this matters… When we begin to compare to others around us… Others in our line of work, the success we see on the internet, others who seem further on their healing journey, others making more money… That comparison creates our “shoulds” ~ I should have more money ~ I should have more clients ~ I should be further along ~ I should be happier That creates “Shame” Shame around how WE are not in the same place as THEM and how that must be a bad thing… And shame my friends… Sabotage!!! We begin to tell ourselves all the reasons why it won’t work… And the more we do this, the more proof we find of it… And this… Causes us to “Shutdown” Because should and shame have convinced us of all the reasons why “it won’t work” So, we shutdown. We quit. And my friend because I believe to my core that quitting is the only failure… I’ve put together a masterclass to teach you EXACTLY how to overcome the 4 S’s and keep unapologetically forging forward toward the life of your dreams! So if you’re not ready to quit… (and I KNOW you’re not😉) comment UNVEILED and join me for an event you simply cannot miss 🔥 #lifttheveil #theunveiling #masterclass #shame #shoulds #soulled #lawsofattraction #youcandohardthings
