Mats, mates & matcha — that’s a wrap 🍵
🧘‍♀️
Fifteen of you rolled out your mats in our café on a Saturday morning, moved slow with @iamkit89, then stayed for coconut matcha and a wholesome breakfast spread.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, stretched, sipped and stayed to chat. This is exactly why we started these community mornings 💚

Missed this one? Keep an eye out — the next round is brewing.

🌿 A Little Change of Plans, But Yoga Is Still On 🧘🏻‍♀️

Your wellbeing comes first 🤍

Due to the current haze and poor air quality, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel our Morning Run and Yoga session originally scheduled for 7:30am to 9:30am on 11 October. We want everyone to stay safe and avoid unnecessary outdoor exertion while air quality is poor.

But don’t worry, yoga is still happening ✨

🌿 Core Flow: A Restorative Yoga session with Kit
📅 11 October 2026 (Sunday)
⏰ 3:45pm – 4:30pm

Kit is passionate about wellbeing and believes that caring for our bodies can also help us care for our minds. Through mindful movement and moments of stillness, this session is an opportunity to release some tension and give yourself a little breathing room. Enjoy a special treat from PurelyB as well as a reminder to care for your wellbeing even after the session.

Whether you’re a regular yogi or trying it for the first time, you’re welcome to join us! 🤍

A little throwback on what went down last Saturday as we rolled out our mats, flowed with @iamkit89, and fuelled up with a beautiful breakfast spread all while sipping on a refreshing Coconut Water with Matcha at @my_fittiesense 💚
