⭐️ All Star Saturday ⭐️

We took our talents to the COUNTRY! Or at least that’s where y’all claim to be from! 😂🤠 And FAMILY… WE GOT DOWN!

Y’all look GOOD in whatever you put on! The creativity is always HIGH, and that’s just another thing that makes our family stand out from the rest! Keep bringing the energy, the fits, and the personality. We see you! 👏🏾🔥

👀 Y’ALL SEE THESE AUXILIARY CLASSES?!

Make sure you’re showing love and supporting our auxiliary classes! Every class brings something different to the table, and our instructors are putting in WORK, creating their own classes, building curriculums, and bringing new moves and challenges every single week! 💪🏾

Now, it’s getting COLD 🥶 and the holiday season is here. So we have 3 THINGS for y’all:

1️⃣ COVER UP LIKE YOUR MAMA TAUGHT YOU! 😂🧥 Keep warm, FAMILY!

2️⃣ GIV3. ❤️

3️⃣ Finish Strong 💪🏾

Give your time. Give your love. Give encouragement. Give where you can. And most importantly, THINK ABOUT SOMEBODY OTHER THAN YOURSELF.

✌🏾 See You Saturday

It’s Saturday! Get up, get moving, sweat a little, smile a lot because that couch ain’t gonna tone your glutes. If your workout ain’t fun, you’re doin’ it wrong. Let’s goooo! Just don’t pull a hammy tryin’ to be a superhero. Warm up people!
