✨ #FBF | Investing in Our Team & Our City! 💙

Every year, we take time to step away from the day-to-day and come together for our annual staff retreat—and we love finding ways to support the local spaces and businesses that are working every day to make Baltimore great!

🏙️This year’s retreat included:

📚 A FREE nonprofit room rental at the @prattlibrary Central Branch — a wonderful community resource that continues to invest in Baltimore’s neighborhoods.

☕ A delicious staff breakfast at David and Dad’s Café — supporting a local business while starting our day off right!

💫 An amazing Work & Life Balance session with The @iamme_project — giving our team the opportunity to reflect, recharge, and focus on taking care of ourselves while caring for our community.

Our retreat was more than just a day away from the office—it was a reminder that when we support local organizations, businesses, and community partners, we all contribute to a stronger Baltimore. ❤️

Here’s to investing in our team, supporting our city, and continuing the work together! 🙌🏾

Earlier this Spring, the lovely ladies from the I AM ME PROJECT visited the Piedmont Learning Center for a day of fun, outdoor adventures, reconnection to nature, and the building of their team. They went on our Historic Hike through Gwynn Oak Park to learn about the amazing history of this area, painted bee boxes for our Apiary, met the chickens, and did a cookout at our campfire. If your group is ready for this kind of experience, let’s talk. 🌱🌺🐝
