🚀 Want to supercharge your strength training? Weighted pull-ups could be the game-changer you’re looking for! 💪✨

Not only do they build incredible upper body strength, but they also have a ripple effect on your overall lifts. By incorporating weighted pull-ups into your routine, you can enhance your performance in various exercises, from bench presses to deadlifts. 🔥

Ready to take your gains to the next level? Absolutely! Here are some effective rep schemes for weighted pull-ups:

1. Strength Focus: 3-5 reps for 4-6 sets. Use a heavier weight to build maximum strength.

2. Hypertrophy Focus: 6-10 reps for 3-4 sets. Moderate weight to promote muscle growth.

3. Endurance Focus: 10-15 reps for 2-3 sets. Lighter weight for building muscular endurance.

4. Pyramid Sets: Start with 1 rep, increase to 5, then back down to 1. Great for varying intensity!

5. Drop Sets: Start with your max weight for as many reps as possible, then reduce weight and continue to failure.

Mix these schemes into your routine to keep your workouts fresh and effective! 💪✨

These are the days I live for!!!
.
& oh what a fun story this one was!!! (& did you see that shirt!?!).
.
When the only goal was to sell their home for $100 more than their neighbors (who had a bigger end unit) . . & we we did even better!!
.
Every single client I work with gets very individual attention to build a plan that is custom tailored to their needs! If you would like to hear more about that, you know how to find me!! 🏠❤️💯 . .

.
. . But there hasn’t been one conversation, even on the tough ones where you didn’t make light of it what was happening or bring all pout laughter in!! 🤣🤣🤣 . .
.
1 down, 1 to go . . & then we’ll have to find some other excuses to send ridiculous texts..
lol 🤷🏼‍♂️🤙😁 . .
