VDHM 2026 was just a blast! Had so much fun racing again in Delhi after NDM'26.

This race will particularly be a memorable one cause I had so much fun training for it but as life happens,I suffered a a muscle pull up in my left leg calf! But still I was able to run and get my PB of sub 2.30 by the help of the @runnersdelhi community.

Also special thanks to @iamrohitpathak for guiding me through the training and the crucial moments before the race week! Honorable mentions could not be without @johaisohay @indiancuriositea @aamnaa1 @prabhaakarsiingh who are the best people who cheer for every workout! @tanyamehrotra.1 & @adyation who I ran along with and always giving a little push to each other also made the run so much joyful!

I'm thankful to everyone else also who come out every morning to run alongside and cheer even if it's a failed workout!

Joyful to be a part of the runners community!

Will push harder for the upcoming TMM in Janaury and I hope I'm not injured for next 3 months😶‍🌫️🫣🤞!

Delhi gave me 21.1 km to race and so many memories to take home. ❤️🏁

3 AM alarm. Questionable life choices. 21.1 km later... absolutely worth it 🏃‍♀️

Ran the @delhihalfmarathon yesterday and came away with a new PB - still a lor go and a lot more work to put in, but really happy with this one.

But honestly, the best part of race day wasn't the timing. It was the whole morning - running with friends, cheering each other on, going for breakfast afterwards and just having the BEST Sunday.

A 3 AM start, a half marathon, good friends and a very well-earned breakfast. I'd say that's a pretty solid Sunday.

One for the memory bank ❤️

Every Race event should not be your Race Day. That’s my learning for 2025 - 26. I have only done 2 Races this year and that was more than blessings for me. I don’t want to break to Training Blocks with every quarter. That’s not n will never be me. 🤘🏻 I run more than 2000 KMs every year and this I have done consistently over last 4-5 years. 🧿 That’s what I Pat my Back for. So question always is, I started my journey for Running for Love of Run or for Medals. 😀 For me every week that consistent mileage is my happy zone. My Happy Place. And I don’t feel now that I need events to validate if I run well or not. It was never about the Events or Medals. दौड़ या मेडल - दौड़ बाबू हमेशा।मेडल तो अपने आप आयेगा ha ha खोजेगा तुम्हें 😀😀 So today at VDHM 2026 it was not my Race Day but Cheering Day 🤘🏻 and God I loved it. Giving those Hi Fi are special. Giving a pat on any runner n saying just one more KM makes so much different. करके देखो कभी काफ़ी मज़ा आता है ❤️❤️❤️

VDHM Bibs collected, tribe assembled, and festivities unlocked! 🏃‍♂️✨ 💃💪

From hitting the VDHM 2026 expo @delhihalfmarathon at Yashobhoomi and geeking out over running legends like Kartik Karkera @kartikkarkera17 , to swapping running shoes for traditional kurtas and dandiya sticks, we went straight from race mode to Navratri mode in true style! 💃🕺

Same squad, different vibe: “If it’s running, it’s Fast&Up,” but if it’s Navratri, it’s time to dance the night away! @fastandup_india

Huge shoutout to @pikusports for organizing an epic Dandiya Night at DLF Mall, Noida, and to everyone keeping the energy high. The countdown to race day has officially begun! Are you ready? 🏅🔥

Drop a 🏃‍♂️ or 🪩 in the comments if your tribe is ready for race weekend!

All d best to all running the VDHM tomorrow !
Jai Mata Di! 🙏🕉️🏃‍♂️
