There is something incredibly raw about Twin Atlantic’s latest album, Separation From The Animals, where their emotions are laid bare for all to witness in calm, heartfelt guitars and beautifully reflective lyrics. With their eighth studio album, Twin Atlantic take you on an honest and earnest journey through blissful hope and uneasy heartbreak, with a collection of old-school indie rock tunes.

with an exception of the rest of the song to live up to the part over and over again, with an expectation of the rest of the song to live up to the part that’s promoted relentlessly the month prior to release — sometimes it can lead to a real let down. but i’m happy that this is not the case!

Sour candy and a serene morning coffee - that’s what you could pair with Waterparks’ latest album, JINX, for the most fulfilling experience of this lyrical diary. Through its highs and lows, juicy rock riffs and soft, rainy-day vocals, JINX is the most engaging pop-punk album of 2026, so far. And with its self-aware take on fame and sincerity about women’s rights, it proves Waterparks never lost sight of the punk in pop-punk.

Evanescence have released their sixth studio album Sanctuary…

After five years since their last album, The Bitter Truth, Sanctuary feels like a return to form for the band. It’s proof that they are able to change with the times without sacrificing the quintessential Evanescence sound that was woven into a generation of alternative kids, back when they released Fallen in 2003. Where The Bitter Truth was a jarring change, sonically, Sanctuary feels at home both in 2003 and in 2026 - it’s Fallen for the modern era.

I feel like I don’t say this enough, but I’m so incredibly grateful for the people in my life.

The last couple of months have been really hard, but you’ve all shown up for me in ways I’ll never forget. Whether we’ve known each other forever or spent hours together in chats and games honestly even if we don’t have photos IRL together just know that all of your kindness, your messages and simply being there has meant everything.

No matter the distance, you’ve made me feel less alone, given me reasons to keep going, helped me stay strong and picked me up when I’ve felt like falling apart.

I love you all so much and will always be forever grateful to be surrounded by such wonderful souls ❤️
