തിരികെ! MEC2K - 25th Year reunion!

The Kind of Friendship That Stays :
It wasn’t just about returning to college. It was about returning to ourselves. The self that once laughed at the back of the class, pulled all-nighters, or carried a friend when they couldn’t walk alone. The self that believed — maybe foolishly, maybe beautifully — that friendship could weather anything. And it has!

That old bus ride from college to the resort wasn’t just a trip, it was a journey back into the laughter, chaos, and warmth we once called everyday life

At the reunion, time didn’t rewind-it paused. For us. As we held hands, relived forgotten memories, and poured love into old cracks. The stories flowed, of second chances, jobs shared, lives rescued. And in every hug, tears, every song, every sleepless laugh under the stars, the world felt gentler again.

If this is what friendship can do, then perhaps there’s hope for everything else too! 🙏🤗

Our Story -

Sukhmani Yoga began in the living room of a flat in Pune, on 1st July 2019. The sofa was moved out, the dining table pushed into the kitchen — and that humble space, with just a living hall and a tiny room, became our very first yoga studio. We started with just two batches.

Then came Covid.
And just like that, Sukhmani Yoga went online — reaching students not just across cities, but across countries too. Alongside, we had set up a small space in a building’s hall… and slowly, steadily, the Sukhmani Yoga family began to grow.

Today, we run multiple batches throughout the day — both online and offline — and it fills our hearts to see this beautiful community thrive.

For personal reasons, Sukhmani Yoga later moved to Goa — and we finally set up our own full-fledged studio here. And guess what? We’re dreaming bigger — a larger, more vibrant space is coming next year 🤞

Truly, it’s all because of YOU.
Your love, your trust, your constant cheering — that’s what brought us here. A big, big thank you. 🙏

✨ A little story behind the name✨
Sukhmani Yoga gets its name from the "Sukhmani Sahib" Path in the Guru Granth Sahib Ji. "Sukhmani" means “the jewel of peace”** (सुखों की मणि).
We deeply believe in its essence — that anyone who walks into the Sukhmani Yoga space walks into a space of peace, health, and bliss.
That’s the whole intention — and we live by it, every single day.

To the one who lifts me up, both on and off the mat. This guy right here—my dear friend and the driving force behind Sukhmani Yoga, always focused on real goals, not reel ones. While he’s not active on Instagram, he plays a huge role behind the scenes, supporting the journey in ways most don’t see. Lifting me up in every sense, both literally and figuratively. So thankful for his unwavering support and strength! 🙏
