Sweet and grounded, the perfect way to describe the @thisishowisunday Jacmel Sunset fragrance. As someone who loves supporting local brands and regional ones too, I was honoured to receive this beautiful package from @iamsashar. It's allowed me to experience the way that Haiti has inspired her. For more info on their products visit www.thisishowisunday.com

Chapter 2 was never meant to stay in the room. 🌴 Island Echoes began as a way to bottle the sounds, memories, and rhythms of the Caribbean — Kompa. Soca. Dancehall. Bachata. And now, you can wear them. Crème Kompa. Sweet Mas. Noir Heat. Limón Blanco. All four Island Echoes scents are now available as Eau de Toilette. Same stories. Same island energy. A little closer to the skin. Because some memories deserve to follow you out the door. Chapter 2 is officially wearable. 🇭🇹🌴✨ Which one are you wearing first? #ThisIsHowISunday #IslandEchoes #CaribbeanFragrance #HaitianOwned

Ritual. Culture. Memory. Something bigger than a brand. But a community needs a name. And I don’t think that name should come from me alone. If you’ve been watching, if you’ve felt seen, you’re already in it. So tell me: what do we call ourselves? One rule: it has to feel like a Sunday. Link in bio. Drop your idea. The name that feels right, wins. 🌴 #ThisIsHowISunday #IslandEchoes #CaribbeanRitual #NamingTheCommunity

This brand isn’t for everyone. It’s for the ones who understand ritual. Who carry where they come from with pride. Who don’t rush through their mornings. If that’s you — you already know who you are. Now help us name the community. What do we call people like us? Drop it in the comments. 👇 #ThisIsHowISunday #CaribbeanRitual #IslandEchoes

This brand did not start as a business idea. It started in a hospital room. When my brother Robert was fighting stage 4 prostate cancer, I became obsessed with what we were exposed to daily. Fragrance. Chemicals. Ingredients no one could pronounce. I did not want sterile products. I wanted clean products that still felt like culture. Like music through open windows. Like Caribbean sunlight. So I made them. This is how I Sunday is about more than scent. It is about protecting the brightness we carry. #IslandEchoes #CleanFragrance #FounderStory #BlackOwnedBrand CaribbeanHeritage

This is not just fragrance. It is heritage. This Is How I Sunday was built from memory. From sunlight. From rhythm. From the kind of Sundays that stay with you. Island Echoes is Chapter 2. But the story started long before that. Clean formulas. Caribbean soul. Rooted in where we come from. This is how I Sunday.

Meet Island Calm 🤍 This one is really special to me. Island Calm was made with love for my nephew Logan. He has struggled with eczema and sensitive skin, and like most kids, he would forget to use creams and ointments. So I created something gentle, effective, and easy for him to use. A simple swipe and go. Island Calm is a vegan eczema body stick made in small batches with coconut oil, olive oil, soothing oatmeal, and candelilla wax to help calm irritation and lock in moisture. No fragrance. No harsh chemicals. Just clean, thoughtful ingredients made with care. If you or your child deal with dry, itchy, sensitive skin, this one is for you. Island Calm is officially available now. Small batch. Limited quantity. Shop now at the link in bio. ⸻ #IslandCalm #ThisIsHowISunday #EczemaCare #SensitiveSkin #CleanSkincare VeganSkincare KidSafeSkincare SmallBatchSkincare FounderMade
