In this week's episode, Tigz Rice has a conversation with Tracey Hill, the UK's leading transformational therapist and founder of The Pause Effect.

Our conversation explores what it truly means to be happy, releasing trauma and limitations, and why the things we deeply want as humans are not the things that come on paychecks. Tracey shares her journey of helping people unlock freedom, the difference between real success and what we're taught to chase, and why you've got to love yourself first.

Finding My User Manual is all about learning how to be human – especially when no one handed you the instruction booklet. Through personal stories, expert conversations, and unapologetically honest reflections, empowerment photographer Tigz Rice explores what it means to understand yourself, your needs, and how to thrive in a world that wasn't built with everyone in mind, with some of the incredible humans she's had the privilege of meeting along the journey.

Tigz Rice and Tracey Hill on how so much of current day existence is basically you are what your assets are on paper, how you can mask it with money and designer handbags but you've got to love yourself otherwise you'll never be happy, and how it's never ever ever the stuff.

"I did nothing wrong. But I built my whole success trying to make up for it anyway." 💔

Tracey Hill on the pattern that nearly cost her everything, chasing approval, carrying guilt that was never hers, and running herself so hard she was blacking out on trains home from work. Success from the outside. Survival on the inside.

Tigz Rice and Tracey Hill on the definition of success we are all taught to chase, working with high net worth individuals whose success is built from pain, and how it's not the money you want but freedom and time with your family.

"Why? She's having a nervous breakdown." 👀

That's what everyone around Tracey thought when she stepped away from a high flying corporate career. She hadn't lost it, she'd just finally admitted there had to be more to life than a 6am train and missing her daughter's school gate.

This bit hits different. Full episode is up now, find us on your poddy's wherever you listen 🎧

I’ve been filming and editing @iamtraceyhill ‘s incredible YouTube content and honestly… every single shoot leaves me inspired. The value she pours into each video is unreal

Watching her show up so consistently, speak so honestly, and build something that genuinely helps people? Elite energy.

And now she’s taking it offline 👏

Tracey is hosting a live event on 6th March called Power To Pause — and if her YouTube is anything to go by, this is going to be something special.

Go show her some love. Big things happening 🚀
