I can't let the week go by without acknowledging my guys from the Coppin's Men's Basketball team. We had a great Lockerroom Talk on Wednesday, where we highlighted leadership, communication, and trust. A team can have talented players without genuine trust. We explored the difference between being teammates and being brothers. We addressed conflict, ego, and accountability. Our weekly commitment is to identify an action that improves team culture without expecting recognition. They are embracing the UNDERDOG ADVANTAGE! #CHASINGGREATNESS #IAMUNDERDOG #THEUNDERDOGADVANTAGE #GOEAGLES
