My new album 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙮 is out now! It features remixes by @room40shoots, @timothyfairless, @milli_hertz, @geneeves, @jonat8han, @ianewellman, and myself. The release takes my last album, 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘺, and explores the remix as a metaphor for the many ways we can reclaim control of our privacy in our overly surveilled world. You can also decrypt the cover into a beginner’s guide to online privacy! The album cover for 'Discontinuity' by Yann Novak, made to look 3D with shadows on a light grey background. The cover is a light grey photo background of a busy Tokyo intersection in Shinjuku. Over top is 49 lines of black text that are as wide as they are tall, its encrypted text so its gibberish all the way until the end where there are is an = and then a few spaces and the word Discontinuity.

Still here. After a time of reflection and restructuring, I’m back with lots of news.

From today, Círculo De Sucesos has its own website: all my work in one place. A website that invites you to explore, because nothing is as simple as it seems. There are things where you least expect them, and classic sections that stop behaving in a classic way and let you build your own version.

There are apps ready to download and use for free, and something I’m really excited about: the chance to immerse yourself in some of my visual work in 3D. Don’t miss how Les Goges, Lo Pelut and Minairons look now. And since it’s Halloween season, you can enjoy last year’s Halloween special, now in 3D too.

Keep an eye on the website and its messages: there’s exclusive material that’s already there but won’t stay for long, and more coming soon, like the premiere of my new short film, DESTELLOS. I’ll tell you more about it very soon.

But I can’t finish without the second announcement, which I’m very happy to share: from the website you can now reach MAREA, my new work. It’s a sound piece inspired by the Venice Biennale and conducted live by the tide of the lagoon. From its opening tomorrow, Saturday 17 October, at 11:00, until 22 November, it will play without pause, and never the same way twice.

First review of 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙮 from Blow-Up Magazine in Italy. Scans of an album review from Blow-Up Magazine, with the review overlapping the cover of issue #341. I titoli dei pezzi parlano chiaro: Metric of Caution, Context Collapse, Zones of Privacy. In aggiunta alcune versioni live. [7.5] Girolamo Dal Maso

Huge thanks to @hun_._hun for taking the reigns on the show this past Sunday.

An immersive and beguiling hour of experimentalism, bass, and percussion.

A heady affair perfect for the haze of summer.

You can listen back to the show in the Strange Places archive on @noodsradio
