Honored to be invited as a featured speaker inside the Thrive Hive in Naples.

I had the opportunity to share with a powerful room of entrepreneurs on a topic that is at the core of everything I teach.

The difference between people who succeed and those who stay stuck is not knowledge.
It is execution.
It is integrity.
It is honoring your word.

Inside the room, we talked about discipline, follow through, and the reality that growth happens when you stop negotiating with yourself and start doing what you said you would do. Not when it is convenient. Not when you feel motivated. But when it is time.

What stood out most to me was the caliber of people in that room. Leaders who are serious about building something meaningful, willing to challenge themselves, and committed to becoming better.

@michellejacobik Michelle Jacobik created a space where real conversations can happen and real growth can take place. That kind of environment is rare, and it shows in the quality of the community she has built.

If you are an entrepreneur looking to surround yourself with driven people who are focused on growth, accountability, and execution, the Thrive Hive mastermind is a room worth being in.

Grateful to share the stage with @tressayonekawa Tressa Yonekawa, Michael Roderick, and @ianmwatts and to contribute to such a powerful experience.

Money doesn't hug you back.

It won't tell you you're enough. It won't sit with you when things get hard. It won't give your work meaning.

New episode with @ianmwatts is live and we go deep on what high performers are really chasing, and what they actually need.

The story you tell yourself shapes how you feel—and what you do next. 💭

Instead of saying “God is punishing me,” what if you reframed it as “God is promoting me”? 🙌🏽
Reframing your challenges isn’t denial—it’s perspective. The meaning you assign drives the emotion, and that emotion drives your action.

What story are you telling yourself today?
