Always a pleasure with the absolute gent which is @iansmith973 . Soon to be competing again so follow him for what really goes into competition prep, the good, the bad, the ugly

The question Ian gets asked regularly is ‘what stack you on pal’ and I can honestly vouch for him to say he is completely natural … some of the people I’ve had the pleasure of being around are just blessed with amazing genetics .. end of .

When the the management @simplygymearlplace congratulate you on your achievements, shows that i am doing well.Even though i placed runner up at the British championships,to me its a win ,win situation , having the invitation to representing the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 team next year in the World Championships give s myself time to work hard enough to bring a better package to the stage..
In comparison to the European championships , to me the world's is even bigger ! So now theres 8 months to work harder !

For anybody who wants to check out my utube channel, please dont hesitate to search for UKDFBA 2021 HEART of England Grandmasters over 50s Bodybuilding Contest (1)

So for the last 8 weeks while training for my contest, i was approached by this chap , Andrzej Krawczyk @simplygymearlplace who approached and said to me your competing in UKDFBA HEART OF ENGLAND CONTEST ! I said yeh iam.! He introduced himself and said he remembered me from my British finals back in 2019, to what i was taken back in amazement, he was competing in the British Finals the same time and remembered me..,in our conversation he told me about who he was and what he had done. This i was pleased to find out he also was a bodybuilder with many titles under his name. . Being in my contest training mode my contest ahead we spoke allot when we met in the gym @simplygymearlplace , since my win at the heart of England 🇬🇧 we have since become good friends. .
Now i am being helped by Andrzej with my posing to sharpen up my stage presence.!! For my British finals in 3 weeks time.
This just shows how bodybuilders have that same mindsett with that competing edge, to help each other, its like a family bond no matter where you go in the country or in the world ,that bodybuilders always get on, so now i know iam gonna learn as much as i can from this champion.
