70.3 Muscat
3rd Overall and 2nd AG

So happy with my performance in Oman @ironman.oman.
After four years of trying, I finally broke the 4-hour mark in this distance, it feels amazing. A great start to the season and a real boost of motivation 🤩

Sometimes all it takes is patience. Trust the process, give it time, and the results will come. (Triathlon rule) 😅

Huge congratulations to my soulmate on her result @ana_4ramos , to @iansteiger_tri the British rocket 🚀 congrats for your achievement and to the @thelazyguycafe crew for some really solid performances. Everyone showed up and delivered. Proud of you guys!

Thank you all for an incredible weekend and great vibes.

Last but definitely not least, thank you @rmralfalasi for all the support 🙏

Trust your coach?

I pride my athlete/coach relationships being founded on TRUST.

It’s foundation 101 for any successful coaching relationship.

It can take a little bit of time to build and get to know each others strengths and weaknesses and communication styles.

But once it clicks it’s a pretty unshakeable bond.

I’m blessed to work with some pretty badass athletes on my current squad & loved every minute of being out in Marbella for the @ironmantri 70.3 worlds this week supporting my team.

2025 has already rocked & 2026 is taking shape big time.

Need a coach who really gets to know what makes you tick who you can trust?

I don’t have many, but there are a few spots left on the team for 2026 so don’t hang about! I’m just a DM away 🫶🏼

Ironman 70.3 Belgrade 2025 ✅
Second time racing here — last year was freezing, this year hot, flat & fast. What a course! Smooth roads, great crowds, and Serbian hospitality at its best 🇷🇸.
Swim went to plan, bike was a dream (fast & aero), and on the run my old friend Mr. Hip showed up… but so did Max 🐾❤️. I pictured him by my side, pushing me forward like he always did. That carried me all the way to the red carpet.
Didn’t quite catch the guy in my AG ahead of me, but we both pushed each other to the limit. Respect like that is what makes triathlon special 🤝.
Best part? Meeting new friends from around the world — like a couple from Texas celebrating their wedding anniversary. Triathlon really is about community as much as competition. 🌍
And the cherry on top: I earned a slot for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships 2026 in Nice! 🇫🇷
This one’s for you Max — my best friend, training partner, and shadow. You’ll always run beside me. 🐶💙
📖 Full race report is live on my Substack (link in bio).
