Last weekend we hosted the UK Business School Cup. 7 teams from Business Schools Across Europe came to compete in keelboat sprint fleet racing and to claim the title of UK Business School Cup Champions.

The weekend featured a challenging forecast but thanks to the tenacity of the race committee and competitors, we managed 2 days of very competitive racing.

🥈Imperial 2
🥉SDA Bocconi 1

Thank you to all the competitors who turned up. We hope to see you all back in for some more keel-boating!

Blue skies, full sails and a brilliant day of racing on the water 🌊⛵️ Did someone say Mediterranean or Burnham.

Huge thanks to everyone who came out for the Salty Dogs at @rcycburnham - three schools, great company, and some seriously close racing. Cheers to all the crews who showed up and gave it everything.

Day 0: The experience starts even before the aperitivo. Some business schools head out for an extra day on the water before the networking begins.

Networking isn't just for special occasions—it's a habit. Every conversation is an opportunity to learn, exchange ideas, and create meaningful connections that can shape your personal and professional journey.

How do you make networking part of your daily life?

Day 1: It’s time to turn up the energy because today’s theme is ORANGE! 🍊🇳🇱 The perfect way to kick off the regatta and show our support for the Dutch team!Orange isn’t just a color—it’s a statement.

Some people can’t get enough of it, while others think it’s way too bold. 😅

Now it’s your turn! 👇
🧡 = “I’m obsessed!”
🍊 = “It’s a bit much...”
🔥 = “The brighter, the better!”

Drop your emoji in the comments and let’s settle the debate! Who’s ready for an amazing first day on the water? ⛵️

Day 2: the race delivered exactly what we ordered: sunshine, wind, and all 12 boats out on the water!

What a way to finish an amazing event. They say all good things must come to an end... but we’re calling this a “see you later” instead. We’ve made memories, shared plenty of laughs, and built friendships that are already looking forward to the next adventure.

Thanks for joining the takeover—until next time, keep chasing the wind! 💙

Cold hands, focused minds, and a crew getting everything ready before the first stroke hits the water.

Because great races start long before the starting line.
