My name is Makanjuola Ibrahim I President Elect of the Rotary club of Nigeria Globetrotters.
We move. We explore. We connect. We impact lives. We give back to humanity.
For us, tourism is more than visiting places. It is a way of life a way to learn, experience different cultures, build meaningful connections, and create positive impact wherever we go.
Today, on World Tourism Day, we celebrate every Globetrotter out there and wish you the zeal to move, the curiosity to explore, the courage to discover, and the heart to make an impact.
Because the world is waiting to be explored, and there is always a way to move, connect, and give back.
Happy World Tourism Day from the Rotary Club of Nigeria Globetrotters!

Tonight, I’m asking for help. 🤍
I’ve been battling severe AVN pain for 3 weeks and a sickle cell crisis for the past 72 hours. The pain is now unbearable, and I need to get to the hospital, but I cannot afford the admission and treatment.

Please help me get through this.
Any amount, prayers, or a simple share means more than you know. 🙏🏽🤍

May God bless you for standing with me. 🩸🤍

I’m the one, Omidan Mitade, going through this crisis. I’m not posting on anyone’s behalf. 😭

Edakun ẹ jọ̀ọ́, help me. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

What if the walls of Glover Memorial Hall could talk?

They would tell stories of Lagos’ theatre, politics, entertainment and social life spanning more than a century.

From its origins in the late 19th century to hosting some of the city’s most important cultural moments including the first motion picture screening in Nigeria in 1903,
@thegloverhall has witnessed generations of Lagos history.

Now, come with Historical Lagos as we step inside this iconic landmark to uncover its fascinating history, beautiful architecture and some of the stories you may never have heard before.

As a member of the Rotary Club of Globetrotters, and I attended my part 1 of the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) training and it was much more than just another training.

RLI is designed to deepen your knowledge and understanding of Rotary who we are, what we stand for, and what is expected of us as Rotarians.

We learned about the dos and don’ts of Rotary, Rotary’s standards and values, public image, how to conduct ourselves in public, integrity, leadership, and the different areas of Rotary’s work.

It was a refreshing opportunity to learn, unlearn and understand Rotary beyond simply being a member.

Because being a Rotarian is not just about wearing the badge ,it is about understanding the responsibility that comes with it, representing Rotary with integrity, and living the values we claim to serve.

RLI gave us knowledge. Now, it is our responsibility to put that knowledge into action and expand our knowledge with other available means of knowledge about rotary in our Districts
