Narvaezโ€™s previous career was development work, and she served several non-profit organizations that focus on the youth. In 2021, the pause that the pandemic gave enabled Narvaez to revisit her passion for art and combine it with her experience of community development. She has then partnered with more than 10 charities for fundraising auctions to benefit their programs. โฃโฃ โฃโฃ She is proud of being a self-taught artist while caring for her 2 boys and 2 rescued dogs. She hopes her tribute pieces transport the audience to the past to connect to their roots.โฃโฃ

And so we were blessed with a sunny morning and a cozy and cool afternoon yesterday for โ€œRootedโ€ a wellness retreat! It was truly lovely day at Mt.
