My first performance with @icmdindia 🤍
Taught by @manishchauhan02
My first performance in Mumbai, and my first time performing Neo-Classical.

This moment means so much to me. I’m truly grateful to everyone at ICMD who believed in me, guided me, and gave me the opportunity to experience this stage.

Thank you to all my teachers, mentors, and everyone who has been a part of this journey and helped me reach this moment.

From dreaming about performing in Mumbai to finally stepping onto the stage — I’ll always remember this one. ✨

Thank you, ICMD. ❤️

Pia Sutaria is building a stronger space for ballet and dance education in India. Through the Institute of Classical & Modern Dance, she is creating opportunities for young dancers to train, learn and pursue the art form with greater access and structure.

Her work brings together classical training, modern movement and a commitment to developing the next generation of dancers in India.

A career built around movement, discipline and the belief that dance deserves more room to grow.

No personal comments, I just feel sometimes we should see the learning from the other way round. A happy and funnier version of teaching. Honestly speaking, I can’t believe I would enjoy learning this much. Wouldn’t have been possible without @manishchauhan02 Happy teachers day 🌸
Thank you for growing me each and every class.
