Let’s welcome the voice of the critique and let the creator listen and ask the questions that are needed for creating change.
.
To identify these thoughts and beliefs and what sensations and emotions they come with is one of the ways in Zensing Method.
.
I’m curious to hear what music then flows out from your voice and creator.
.
Are you curious to go deeper into this work as a creator? Reach out to me and book a free discovery call and trial session, online or in person in Malmö. 🌬️🎶

GATHERLY MEETS 🤍 IDA SIMONE
Are you curious to unlock your voice?

We met up with @idasimones, founder of @zensing.method, to dive deeper into her story and what you can expect from her workshops.

Ida is an artist, a singer and a vocal coach. After years of studying singing, she noticed how important it is for the nervous system and mental health to express yourself with your voice. Writing songs and expressing herself helped her move through grief and depression, giving her emotions somewhere to go.

So what can you expect at her workshops? Presence instead of performance. 🤍

Zensing is where creative expression meets inner work: your voice regulates your nervous system, tells your story and helps release what's been held. No experience needed, and no right way to do it.

Stay till the end 🌬️ as mother nature joins the conversation (:

Ida holds Zensing workshops every other Friday at @ayurvedisktcenter in Malmö. Reach out to her to find out more and book your spot

What to do when limiting thoughts are taking over your reality? Let’s start over. Come back to breathing and sensing the vibrations of your voice.
.
Let go of anything that has to do with performance, for a second. Let’s be present.
.
In my 1:1 Zensing sessions, there has beeen many moments of breakthroughs with my Zensingers in the most simple exercises, when they suddenly remember the basics of being in the breath. That is powerful to witness.

Discovering how powerful my own voice and vibration is healed me from depression, trauma and grief. My body understands it is capable of holding all sensations and emotions evoked by past traumas and memories. Yet my nervous system understands it can let go of the control and tension.
.
I founded Zensing Method for anyone sensing a calling to allow the truth of the body, mind and soul to be heard and expressed.

Before any group or individual session, this is the way we check in as Zensingers, a exercise to be present and put words to what is alive as sensations, emotions and then give it a voice. There’s no ”right or wrong”, ”good or bad”. Only true or untrue.
.
Tomorrow Zensing Workshop 9/10 17:00 at @ayurvedisktcenter in Malmö! And then every other week on Fridays 17:00-18:30.

Singing doesn’t have to be a performance. It can be a way back to your body, the nature of living in balance by the breath.

Zensing is a practice where creative expression meets inner work. Your voice regulates your nervous system, tells your story, and helps release what’s been held. No experience needed, and no right way to do it.

Which slide did you need most to hear? 🌿

Jamming in the Norwegian lands, creating connections during the last days of the @handpan.gathering.norway ✨
So glad to have met Ida and Denys there 🫶🏽

There’s no desert here, but the Hijaz vibe fits this setting too! 🐪🐫🐪

🎧 Headphones recommended if you can!
Thanks so much to @zitrovision for the video recordings, and thanks to @jzsoundarthandpans for crafted this beautiful G2 minor for my performances in Norway 🙌🏽

This week marks 3 years since I started my handpan journey… A journey that has filled my life with many moments of love, gratitude, peace, connection, self exploration, growth, resonance with deep emotions, and opportunities to share and express the magic I feel when I play this instrument 🛸

It’s blessed me with countless memories and openings of the soul that has allowed me to feel the world around me with new senses. It brings me joy to share this instrument with friends and families around the world, now that i’ve been able to play on stages in countries all over Europe 🌍

The handpan festivals are a truly special bubble of magic humans that I am happy to welcome to my own festival I have organized here in @handpancostablanca Spain 🇪🇸

At the same time, the handpan has accompanied my journey in parenthood simultaneously. Its wonderful to see how life keeps blooming, even through the challenging storms it still brings, everything continues fall in place, step by step, wave by wave 🌊

Thank you to everyone who has shared these moments with me: on stage, in studio, in nature, at home, on the road, and online through social media channels and streaming platforms. Many of you I haven’t seen since I started this handpan journey and left America. Even more of you I have never met, but love to hear from those who have found my music and written to me how they feel listening to these instrumental stories.

On special occasions, more than instrumental, whenever I am blessed to share spaces of connection with my partner Margo @sealskin.music.official Those rare moments in between life as parents where we get to create music together, expressing together our love story beyond the pockets of time we get to be alone together to feel one another.

My handpan story starts with you darling. Watching you perform in concert, with other handpan players, yet I was falling in love with you first before I ever thought of even trying the instrument. Thank you for all the magic you bring into my life, including our two BEAUTIFUL BABIES 🥰 Ilaya & Eywa

Everyone else, I hope to share more moments of connection together in the years to come.

Un abrazo a todos,

Javier
