When we tune in with the truth of our bodies, we allow all sensations and emotions existing to be recognised. The simple act of recognising what is, without judgement, allows the energies that’s ready to leave your body, mind and soul to transform. Relax your body and witness the intelligence of your body’s ability and nature to restore itself. Transformation happens in every breath, when we relax we restore our body, mind and soul.

Played on @ayasa_instruments D Kurd 18 - provided by best Handpan school in Scandinavia @handpancopenhagen : you can find the full sessions we play at our YouTube channels @oliverinspira / @idasimones link in bio.

Om Mani Padme Hum - A mantra of compassion and inner awakening

If you want to stay for a while, I’d like to share something with you.

Chanting opens the heart and calms the mind.

The repetition carries you inward beyond thoughts, into vibration.

Every time I sing this mantra I hear new layers, subtle frequencies.

It’s like… every time I face pain and grief, I discover new layers of love behind it.

When I meditate over past traumas, each time I revisit a painful memory, it slowly starts to shift into wisdom and love.

If you set the intention when singing a mantra, it could be a way to embody the healing process on a deeper level.

I hope this video brought you good vibrations and curiosity for exploring the healing power of your voice.

Thank you for tuning in 🌬️ with love and light, Ida Simone

🔥fire, 火🔥from anger to passion🔥
I’ve been playing with my inner fire lately, digging deep into anger that’s been unexpressed and gathered for years.

When I went back to my hometown, something triggered old memories that still carried anger from the past. I went into the forest and let it hold a safe space for me, where my inner fire could flow freely and thoughtlessly through me.

Your voice and body can become a channel to release and transform the anger into another form of energy that wont harm anyone, but heal you and all beings around instead 🧡
.
🔥How do you canalise the fire within you?🔥

Singing doesn’t have to be a performance. It can be a way back to your body, the nature of living in balance by the breath.

Zensing is a practice where creative expression meets inner work. Your voice regulates your nervous system, tells your story, and helps release what’s been held. No experience needed, and no right way to do it.

Which slide did you need most to hear? 🌿

We had late night session that turned into a potential new composition, improvised in the moment.

It’s exciting to step outside of the box of what we already know and explore new ways to create music together. 🌀

Who wants to hear more handpan and chants with beats in the future? 🎶🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️

I’m hearing voices in my head, so I’m singing them out instead. 🌬️
.
It’s a blessing to realise that the voice in me I thought was critical and victimising actually was a creative creator.
.
Fear, insecurity, shame… thank you for being here. I hear you. You hear me. Less internal fights, more music and grooves, hey 🤝🎶
.
This is the essence of Zensing, transforming thoughts, sensations and feelings into a flow of creativity.
