„Whispers Beneath the Tide“

Im fahlen Licht, am kalten Strand,
ruht eine Muschel in der Hand.
Kein Vogel singt, kein Himmel lacht,
das Meer erwacht in grauer Nacht.

Die Wellen schlagen, dumpf und schwer,
als käme etwas aus dem Meer.
Ein Flüstern dringt aus tiefem Grund,
doch bleibt sein Ursprung unerkund't.

Hörst du es auch? Es ruft nach dir.

Was längst versank, liegt dort noch wach,
verborgen unter tausendfach
gebrochnen Wellen, kalt und bleich,
im namenlosen Totenreich.

Hörst du es auch? Es ruft nach dir.
Die Muschel spricht von alter Schuld,
das Meer verliert nun die Geduld.

Was einst die dunkle Flut verschlang,
verlangt zurück nach Licht und Klang.
Und schweigt die Welt im letzten Licht,
so schweigt die Tiefe dennoch nicht.

Fantasy Photoshoot Retreats at Lady of the Chateau 🕯️🏰📸

For seven nights, our 13th-century castle in the French countryside becomes a world of myth, imagination, and magic.

Women travel from all over the world to step into the stories and characters they’ve always dreamed of inhabiting. There are extraordinary gowns, fantasy portraits, candlelit feasts, and long evenings spent in wonderful company.

But perhaps the most magical part is being surrounded by women who are just as excited to play, create, and dream as you are.

In just a few days, our next court of women will arrive at Puy Vidal for the return of The Mythic Self Fantasy Photoshoot Retreat with @idavonaves.

For seven nights, we’ll step into a world of myth, archetype, imagination and play. We’ll gather around candlelit tables, explore the château, dress up, create, and step in front of Ida’s lens to discover what parts of ourselves might emerge.

I refuse to become your ghost. Even in this fallen kingdom, there's a sword singing my name.

There are no words for the beauty and strength of the art created by @idavonaves . These pictures are gifts to myself, to commemorate, to celebrate. You call it vanity, I call it pride: of the person I am, of the goals achieved and of the hurdles surpassed. So: expect to see more of these. I might even get emotional at some point.

"In leichtem Gewand, die goldene Corsage wie warmes Sonnenlicht, sitzt sie still.

Ihr Gesicht bleibt unbewegt, während ihr Blick unerbittlich und tief in die Ferne dringt – kühl, wachsam und von einer Intensität, der man sich kaum entziehen kann."

Dieses wunderschöne Bild ist bei meinem Shooting mit @idavonaves entstanden. Ich bin immer noch berührt über die Stimmung, die du geschaffen hast. Man hat sich schön, angekommen und verstanden gefühlt.

Die zauberhafte @sounthie hat mir einen komplett anderen Look verpasst, der diese überwältigenden Gefühle verstärkt hat. Daaaanke, für dieses tolle Erlebnis ❤️🫂.

Als Kinder konnten wir alles sein: Heldin, Hexe, Magier oder Kämpferin. Unsere Fantasie ließ uns für ein paar Stunden in andere Welten abtauchen, uns anders fühlen und vielleicht sogar Teile von uns ausleben, die im Alltag verborgen blieben.

Als Erwachsene zwischen Terminen und Aufgaben im Alltag geht uns diese Fähigkeit verloren. Das Ungewöhnliche, Magische oder Geheimnisvolle bleibt verborgen.

Die Fotografin Ida von Aves @idavonaves macht diese Anteile wieder sichtbar. In poetischen, kraftvollen und fantasievollen Fotoshootings, für die sie Stilmittel und Techniken vergangener Kunstepochen mit den Möglichkeiten moderner Fotografie verbindet.

Wir haben Ida in ihrem Atelier besuch, wo sie uns nicht nur Einblicke in ihre besondere Arbeit, sondern auch in ihren spannenden Werdegang gewährt hat.

Nymphenschwestern🌿

Als Musen würden wir uns doch auch gut anstellen oder?
Ich liebe diese Reihe mit meiner kreativen Sophia und der Fotokünstlerin Ida! 🤍
Ohne viel Vorplanung zu irgendeinem Konzept, haben wir uns von den schönen Stoffen aus Idas Fundus leiten lassen und haben uns zu dramatischer Musik und Wind bewegt. Ich glaube vor der Kamera viben wir aber auch. Hilft wahrscheinlich gleich groß zu sein und keine Körperkontaktscheu voreinander zu haben 😏🤣
Außerdem ist Idas Gemäldestil ein Träumchen für sich. Wobei Epicness trifft es wohl besser🔥
