Four days. Four keynotes. Four mornings with people who are building the same thing you are.

Swipe through the full Design Camp 2026 schedule — a look at what’s waiting for you in Austin this August.

From the Pricing Keynote on Monday afternoon to the Studio Structure session Thursday morning, every hour of programming is designed to move you forward. Keynotes with Kelsey Leigh Design, Erin Stetzer, Jason Saft, Chloe Legras, and Jessica Nelson. Small group sessions. And this year, optional sign-up sessions you choose in advance — including intimate sessions with Kelli Lamb of Rue Magazine and attorney Alyce Zawacki on best practices for interior design service agreements.

Pricing, Perspective + a Proper Welcome

The week begins with an optional morning tour of the Supply Showroom, followed by registration and a Four Hands-sponsored welcome lunch. The afternoon kicks off with our Welcome Session and Pricing Keynote — setting the tone for everything to come — before the first keynote of the week with Kelsey Leigh Design. The evening is yours: happy hour, followed by the Salt & Stone Welcome Dinner.

Revenue, Relationships + Real Talk

Breakfast at La Piscina, then straight into two keynotes: Erin Stetzer in the morning and Jason Saft in the late afternoon. In between, two small group sessions and your first block of optional sign-up sessions — the personalized programming you chose in advance. The evening wraps with dinner at the Four Hands Flagship Showroom.

Proposals, Positioning + the Art of the Close

The morning opens with the Proposals Keynote, followed by two more small group sessions and a second round of optional sign-up sessions. The afternoon closes with Chloe Legras on the keynote stage. Then: the Midnight in Marfa Dinner and an afterparty to match.

AI, Studio Structure + How You’ll Run It All

A farewell breakfast, then two closing keynotes: Jessica Nelson on AI and a Studio Structure session designed to send you home with a plan, not just inspiration. Final goodbyes by noon — and for those staying, an optional afternoon tour of the Four Hands Art Studio.
