Did the question ‘What do you want to be when you grow up’ ever cause you any anxiety? 😦 😓
Today you’re talking about planning an event for a certain type of people, tomorrow it’s a new business idea.

You’re just someone with many interests and creative pursuits and honestly, there’s nothing wrong with that.
Having a lot of different interests, projects or curiosities doesn’t make you a #jackofalltradesmasterofnone
You are a #multipotentialite
And that is actually your biggest strength!
You just have to commit to growing these ideas. In order of priority.

Look inwards. What are your skills? Don’t confuse that with what you think they ought to be.
What do the people who are close to you complement about you?
You can express your every talent and skill.
Lose your inhibitions.

Enjoy the gift of being uncommon.

#Throwingitback to Eko 2012- National Sports Festival
#lagosstategov was introducing a #volunteers program at the festival for the first time.
We were required to train over 600 volunteers within a 3-4day period. ------------------------------------
In my mind, I kept going over how to explain #attitude #emotionalintelligence #appearance #grooming #bodylanguage #conflictmanagement without sounding uppity and distant to one of the most diverse audiences I've ever had to work with.
Young and vibrant, old and unnasuming, literate and semi literate, cynical and liberal, professionals, undergraduates, nursing mothers, awon ti 'area'... infact! You can only just imagine!! ------------------------------
So, I decided to do it as #me
No airs, no filters, no ambiguity or unnecessary show of intelligence, lots of humour , real life examples. Needless to say, I brought it home! 😁
-------------------------------
Be comfortable in your own skin. Own your truth.
For we really cannot think of being acceptable to others until we have first proven acceptable to ourselves.

Spot me in the 2nd picture...I just may have a gift for you😉 SLIDE➡️ #selfworth #selfesteem #confidence #identity #throwbackthursday

NOVEMBER!
#throwingitback to #November2010 when we hosted our very first Executive Presence Development seminar.
I had just set up an #imageconsulting firm with my bestie and business partner @alero_eloho who was at the time in the Finance/Investment space.
How do you leave a promising job/career and venture off into a relatively new industry?! It was one of the most daunting tasks ever!
We put our heads together, set the fee @N30,000; booked @fourpointslagos which was the newest in town at the time; (complete with buffet breakfast and tea break 😂), we launched our Marketing and Sales strategy to Corporate Organisations. #wedontplay

Was it easy?! No way! Anxieties, worries, fears:
- Will they pay for it? ; Will they come? - What if we don't make the money back
- What if they don't understand the work we do?
Wait; what if we are just worrying for nothing.
It turns out we were. SLIDE➡️ Finally, my dreams, passion, creativity and expression was born! A lot has happened since then. You can tell right? 😉

You do not have to go through your anxieties about purpose or talents and gifts alone. I understand this perfectly🙂

#techplus2017 was all shades of #oomph
Despite the rains people still came out in their thousands!
The highlight for me was my #masterclass on Saturday right in the middle of it all.
We had a rewarding time talking about #identity
I'm thankful for all the interesting conversations and people I met.
May this week bring you joy!

I was recently going through my stuff and found this. My first interview with #thisdaystyle. That was 5 years ago when I had just certified as a relationship and identity coach. Little did I know that the hard work will come after. It takes guts to follow your dreams. It won't always be easy, but it's sure worth it. #keeponwalking #throwbackthursday #dreamscometrue #dreambig #bemore #identitycoach

So yesterday instead of travelling by road from Nice to Monaco, I opted for a helicopter ride💃🏼. I honestly don't know why I thought I was afraid of heights. It was so refreshing looking into the 'deep' blue sea and viewing the landscape from above. Fears are learnt. We are born #free. Plus, the view is always better when you're above 😉#bemore #travel #travelgram #girlsjustwannahavefun #freeyourmind #adventuretime #identitycoach
