Happy 2nd Anniversary ❤️ Alhamdulillah, dah 2 tahun kita bersama. Sebelum ni berdua, kini kita bertiga 🥹 PJJ ni bukan senang. Banyak benda kita kena lalui dari jauh, ada masa kita terpaksa pendam rindu dan ada masa kita cuma mampu tanya, “dah makan?” “dah sampai?” melalui phone.. 😂 Terima kasih sebab selalu cuba buat yang terbaik untuk kita. Terima kasih untuk semua usaha, sabar dan pengorbanan awak selama ni. Mungkin saya tak selalu cakap, tapi saya hargai semua tu ❤️ Semoga kita terus kuat, terus sayang dan terus pilih satu sama lain walau apa pun yang datang. Dan semoga satu hari nanti kita dah tak perlu PJJ lagi 😅 Semoga Allah terus pelihara rumah tangga kita, limpahkan rezeki dan permudahkan setiap langkah kita. Masih banyak tahun yang menanti kita, semoga tahun-tahun yang akan datang dipenuhi dengan bahagia, ketenangan dan lebih banyak masa bersama. 🤲🏻🤍 Together until old, and forever in Jannah. Although the race ended a while ago, it's never too late to keep the memories alive. 📸🏃‍♂️ QJM Ultra 2026 – 50KM 🏔️ 📍Distance: 52K | 3485 (Coros) ⏱️Time: 8:00:37 🏅Overall: 1/89 My third QJM Ultra and second time racing the 50K category. This year we were blessed with perfect weather—finally no rain! ☀️ The route was slightly revised and a little more runnable, giving me the opportunity to set a new personal course record. For the first half, I ran together with my buddy Jen. 🤝 We managed to stay about 5 minutes ahead of my previous record pace. The second half was packed with 30K runners. Huge thanks to everyone who kindly gave way during overtaking—it really helped maintain the momentum. 🙌 I kept checking my split times at every checkpoint, reminding myself to stay just a little faster than before. ⏱️ Cramps nearly caught me twice, but thankfully I managed to fight through them. 🤞🏻💪 Breaking the course record wasn't my main goal—the mission was to defend my champion title. 🥇 From some inside info shared by the RD, QJM 2027 will feature a brand-new and even more challenging route🔥 People often ask if QJM is tough. My answer? Not really... because it's our home training ground. 😄 Now it's time to focus on the next races🚀🏃‍♂️

RACE REPORT Simulation QJM 20KM — Gunung Pulai ⛰️ Alhamdulillah selesai sudah sesi Simulation QJM 20KM di Gunung Pulai pada 9/5/2026 dengan jayanya. Tahniah dan ribuan terima kasih kepada semua peserta yang hadir memberikan komitmen terbaik sepanjang simulation kali ini. Kehadiran runners dari pelbagai background dan pace menjadikan sesi kali ini lebih meriah dan penuh semangat. Paling special, kami turut menerima penyertaan daripada runners seberang tambak seramai 14 orang 🇸🇬🤝🇲🇾 Terima kasih kerana sanggup turun bersama-sama merasai pengalaman trail di Gunung Pulai bersama keluarga trail PGS. Simulation kali ini bukan sekadar larian biasa, ia menjadi platform untuk: * menguji endurance & climbing strength * adaptasi terrain teknikal * pacing & hydration management * penggunaan GPX dan navigation * persediaan mental untuk race sebenar Walaupun cuaca dan laluan memberi cabaran tersendiri, semua peserta berjaya menunjukkan semangat teamwork, disiplin dan trail spirit yang sangat kuat. Setinggi penghargaan juga kepada: * guide PGS * sweepers * runners yang membantu sesama peserta di laluan * semua pihak yang memastikan perjalanan simulation berjalan lancar dari awal hingga tamat “One trail.
