Current affairs.
Sold my electric car and bought an almost 40-year-old S-Class. No regrets.
Made some films. Worked my ass off. Still love it.
Ended up in an eyewear ad with Ralf Rangnick. Talked cows, not football.
Went to a very beautiful wedding.
Spent an unreasonable amount of time on a road bike.
Got my own drink named after Callboi in the best Hotel in the Austrian Alps.
Still working on the rest.

DEAR NOW FOR RLR
We went to Japan and came back with a new film in our pockets.

I have been to Japan 15 times, and ever since my first trip, I have returned almost every year. It’s kinda weird to say, but Tokyo has always given me a distraction from the chaos of life and a very positive energy to create new things. Most of the time, I’ve chased the best snow conditions somewhere in Hokkaido. This time, it was totally different since I filmed in a few different cities with the mission to get a new film for some super nice sunglasses. Of course, it was work, but there was absolutely no pressure since it was only me and my girl, and we could basically do whatever we wanted. Each visit is like a dream for me, and a lot of special images and friendships have come from those adventures…

BIPA - Das Lieben ist schön.

In a tight turnover project over New Years, with the shoot in early January, we realized our first commercial on national TV.

Together with AANDRS for BIPA we could create a unique approach for their Valentines Day campaign.

The spots rest on the idea of questions about love in all forms, and the answers were suprising, interesting, just great.

Thanks to everyone involved.

A 30-minute documentary about skitouring and splitboarding on the south side of the East Alps. Three winter seasons long, our crew, called „Dritte Leistungsgruppe,“ tried to find untouched powder without traveling far, and we found what we were looking for. We had many ideas for lines and mountains to climb up and ride down, but another time we had to learn that only Mother Nature decides if you reach your goal or not, at least if you want to ride in good and safe conditions.

We are very proud that we were able to produce this film without any help from companies or sponsors, but we took help from our amazing friends. If you try to Shazam our music, you won’t find anything. All the music is homemade by our dear friend @singlereverb from the Basque Country. @if.color helped with his magic skills on the color grading, @kunstmuehle__studios did the sound design and mastering, and Silvo Zauchner had the hard job of translating our dialect voiceover to English. Without your support and amazing work, it wouldn’t have been possible to get it done, that’s for sure. Thank you so much.

More or less a year ago, we finished this movie and did five local screenings. Every single evening was special, and it felt good to organize something for the small but spicy community in Carinthia and East Tirol. Thanks to all the people that showed up.

Enough said. Enjoy the movie. Link in bio.
