People think transformation is a walk in the park and results seem to happen overnight by just working out and following a diet 🤷

There is so much more to a transformation!

The first stop is to set a goal in your mind and commit to the journey.

Once you have the right mindset, it’s only after that, the right TRAINING PLAN and the right NUTRITIONAL PLAN, as per your body type comes into play ✅📈

When M came to me at the start of this year, she was 73kg and we knew there was a lot of work to be done. We started with getting the goal right and laid out a transformation journey for her. It was definitely not easy.
First she had to be mentally ready to achieve her goal. She cried, she fought, she pushed herself and conquered! 🔥

She showed up EVERY SINGLE DAY. I may not have been her favourite person then 🙋‍♂️but I knew there way one way and it was to pull her up every time her motivation dropped.

Look at you today M! Stronger mentally and physically! Your graft and commitment are an inspiration for so many out there. Moving on to your next goal, we just got started. 💪

Ryan Terry: A Triumph of Perseverance and Politeness in the World of Men’s Physique

Last year at the Arnold Classics, I had the pleasure of meeting @ryanjterry a name that was destined to make waves in the bodybuilding world. His unwavering determination and exceptional kindness would soon propel him to the pinnacle of his career – the Mr. Olympia Men’s Physique Division title. ⭕️🏆💪

In a sport where hard work and discipline are paramount, Ryan stood out not only for his relentless work ethic but also for his genuine politeness and kindness. Despite the chaos of a packed show at the Arnold Classics, Ryan took the time to acknowledge me and engage in a conversation outside the hustle and bustle of the event. It was then that I sensed there was something extraordinary about this athlete. ✨👏

Bodybuilding competitions are unpredictable. Despite meticulous preparation, anything can happen on the day of the event. Factors like peaking at the right time, ensuring every detail is in check, and even the lineup of competitors on stage play a crucial role in determining the winner. Ryan Terry understood this, bringing his absolute best to the stage, showcasing a physique that left a lasting impression. 💪🔥

In the midst of speculation and numerous predictions about the outcome of the competition, Ryan’s persistence and consistency shone through. His journey to the Mr. Olympia title was not an easy one; it took him nine attempts to achieve this remarkable feat. This victory serves as a testament to the age-old adage that persistency pays off and consistency is indeed the key to success. 🌟🏋️‍♂️

Ryan Terry’s triumph at the Mr. Olympia Men’s Physique Division is not just a personal victory; it is an inspiration to aspiring athletes worldwide. His story reminds us all that with hard work, dedication, and a touch of kindness, any dream is achievable. Congratulations, Ryan, on your well-deserved Mr. Olympia title – a testament to your talent, perseverance, and the power of consistency.
