It’s hard to put into words what this place has meant to me. This was never just a place I worked at for the past five years. It became a place that I love, a place where I grew, learned, laughed, struggled, celebrated, and made some of the most unforgettable memories of my life.

Looking back, I realize that these truly were the best 5 years of my life. Every practice, every competition, every win, every loss, every late day, every laugh, every difficult moment, and every little memory in between will always have a special place in my heart. Most of all, I’m grateful for the people who made these years so special, every coach, every athlete, and every person who was part of my journey. Thank you for the memories, the lessons, the support, the laughs, and for making this chapter one I’ll never forget. To my athletes, thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be part of your journey. Watching you grow has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Leaving is not easy. A part of me will always belong here. It’s so difficult to say goodbye to a place that became such a huge part of my life, but I’m leaving with a heart full of gratitude, countless memories, and so much love for the people and the place that made these years so special.

Thank you, iFlag, for giving me the best 5 years of my life. Thank you for every moment, every memory, every friendship, every lesson, and every person who made this journey what it was. ❤️

8 YEARS OF iFLAG.

8 years of hard work.
8 years of challenges, ups and downs,endless sessions, competitions, celebrations, and countless memories.

But when I look back, I don’t see just a gym or a business…
I see people. I see faces. I see friendships. I see a family. 🫶

Some of you have been with us since Day 1.
Some joined us along the way.
And some are just starting their iFLAG journey today.

But every single person who stepped through our doors, trained with us, supported us, competed with us, laughed with us, or simply believed in us… you are a part of this story.

iFLAG BARS became so much bigger than what I ever imagined 8 years ago.
And that’s because of YOU. ❤️

So from the bottom of my heart…
