Dropping off comfort blankets at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Lake Nona, the same place I spent four weeks in 2023 fighting through an intensive pain management program for CRPS. Walking back through those doors, not as a patient but as an advocate, was a full circle moment I’ll never forget. This hospital taught me how to fight through the hardest days and now, I hope to bring warmth and hope to others walking a similar path.🧡

Blankets are heading out! 🧡 Honored to bring warmth and comfort to warriors living with invisible disabilities across our state and beyond. So grateful to be even the smallest part of someone’s journey.🫶

2 years. Officially two years of life changing spinal cord stimulation. These past two years have been anything but easy. There have been highs, moments where I felt hope, relief, and glimpses of my old self. And there have been lows, challenges, setbacks, and the constant reality of fighting a condition that has no cure. But through it all, I’ve learned resilience, strength, and the power of advocacy. To those who have stood by my side, my family, friends, and medical team, thank you for believing in me even on the hardest days. And to anyone facing their own fight, you are stronger than you think, and your story is far from over. Here’s to two years of fighting, learning, growing, and never giving up. #CRPSWarrior #IgnitingHope #FightTheFlame #Igniteorangecrps 🧡

One of the greatest challenges I faced during CRPS treatment was the lack of connection and support from others who truly understood my journey. Now, being in remission and on the other side of the hospital bed, I’ve found purpose and joy in reshaping that narrative by providing comfort and encouragement for others. Through the blanket project, I hope to remind those undergoing Complex Regional Pain Syndrome treatment that they are deeply loved, supported, and cared for as they navigate their own path to remission and recovery.🧡🎗️ Thank you to my amazing friend @lyvslens for capturing these pictures and making this special project even more meaningful! Today, I stand alongside thousands around the world to Color the World Orange for CRPS Awareness🧡. Since my journey began in 2021, I’ve faced challenges beyond what I could have imagined. But this month, I’m reminded of the incredible strength, courage, and resilience within the CRPS community. I would also not be where I am today without the support from all of my favorite people who have stood by my side through it all. Having such in incredible support system throughout my journey with a chronic illness has been a blessing that I will forever be grateful for. Happy CRPS Awareness Month to everyone fighting this battle, we’re in this together! LETS COLOR THE WORLD ORANGE 🔥🧡 🎗️#colortheworldorange #CRPSAwareness #fighttheflame #igniteorangecrps

My community service initiative is incredibly personal and close to my heart. As a survivor of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), I’ve faced the challenges of living with a rare chronic illness that has transformed my life in ways I could never have imagined. Despite the hardships, I’ve found strength, and a new purpose that drives me to share my story of perseverance with all of you. CRPS is often misunderstood, overlooked, and underrepresented in the medical community. It’s a condition that affects not just the body but also the mind, as it can feel isolating and overwhelming. However, through my journey, I’ve discovered that it’s possible to rise above the pain, to find hope in the darkest moments, and to use my experiences to make a positive impact on others facing similar battles. By sharing my success story, I hope to inspire and empower others who are struggling, to raise awareness about CRPS, and to advocate for better understanding and support for those affected by this condition. My goal is to turn my pain into purpose and to ignite a flame of hope in the hearts of everyone I meet. 🧡🎗️ #fighttheflame #complexregionalpainsyndrome #igniteorangecrps
