“Lance Oppenheim’s first fiction film after years in documentary is gripping, gorgeous and anchored by some of the best performances you’ll see this year. It isn’t perfect, and its biggest weakness sits right at its centre, but it’s the kind of film that gets under your skin and stays there.”

Ikraam Sharif reviews Lance Oppenheim’s ‘PRIMETIME’ which hits cinemas October 30th.

Scar tissue protects. It also, when it forms incorrectly, becomes a prison.

Kyle Smith's Don is a two-hander set in a thunderstorm in May 2017 — ten minutes about a man whose performance of certainty has spread so far he's lost sensation in the places where uncertainty used to live. As Ikraam Sharif writes in our latest review, @ethan.mcky 's performance makes the distinction between armour and self impossible to ignore.
