I met these guys at the top of a long climb across the Rocky mountains. I can not imagine the fortitude they have to bike all the way from the east to the west coast

So grateful and honored to be on this incredible journey with @illini4000. So glad to have shared such a special opportunity with 12 young talented people. Thank you to all who have supported me while I embark on this trip. A month on this trip has taught me how valuable living in the present is while continuing to be mindful of how privileged I am to have the opportunity to experience such an amazing life experience. None of this would have been possible without the gracious support from my Mom.

This group of @illinois1867 students set off on an epic 4,000-mile bike ride, starting in New York City and ending in San Francisco! They will be riding all summer long to raise funds and awareness for children fighting #ChildhoodCancer 🎗️

We’re honored that they have once again chosen B+ as a beneficiary of their efforts. Join us in cheering on the @illini4000 team as they pedal coast to coast for a purpose!

We were thrilled to welcome the 2026 Illini 4000 team to our office yesterday for breakfast with two of the scientists their initiative helps to support, current Fellows Wenzhi Song, PhD, and James Swann, VetMB, DPhil! Wishing them easy riding and perfect weather on their cross-country adventure raising funds for cancer research. Follow along at @illini4000!
