Approximately 250 miles of training since week 1 done . This is my Final week of training before race week. I battled runner’s knee, stayed consistent, and came out faster on the other side.Ready to throw down at the Austin Marathon.

Consistency > mediocrity. #consistencymatters #austinmarathon #fleetfeethouston #finalcountdown⌛️ #runnerscomunity
