This Moon Festival performance was more than just what you saw on the night. It was the result of months of dedication, discipline, sacrifice and commitment from our entire team.

Every routine, every beat and every movement was trained over and over again with one goal: to put on a performance our local community could come together and enjoy.

For us, THQ has always been more than lion dancing and martial arts. It’s about culture, community, teamwork and taking pride in representing something bigger than ourselves.

There’s a different kind of pride that comes with wearing the THQ colours and standing alongside the people who trained, struggled, improved and achieved with you.

Proud to perform. Proud to represent our community. Proud to be THQ. 💜

One Team. One Dream.
Together We Stand. 🦁

Brought in the Canon G7x to @alphaunit__ this week to capture some fun pics of the classes 📸 Such cute fun memories !! Our gym would be an empty shell without all these good vibes and smiles 😁😁

At Alpha Unit, our ‘Little Ninjas’ program isn’t about being the toughest—it’s about building strong motor skills, self-confidence, discipline, and making new friends! For ages 4-7, we focus on fun and growth in a safe, positive environment, helping your child shine bright every step of the way! Our favourite moments are watching these shy kids on their first day blossom into such big smiles 😁😁 #alphaunit

Happy world audiologist day to my amazing team. You are all so special and do such a great job day in and day out.

I consider myself lucky to have found a career I love and even luckier to work with the best bunch of people.

Now go out and celebrate my fellow 'audsome' audiologists!
