What an awesome group to work with @blue_ridge_potters_guild in Roanoke. We were creating Oil Can Pitchers. The piece is based on 1940's style oil cans.

🧈 Your butter deserves a beautiful home!! Or a beautiful mansion! @janhdillon and @gine.in.a.bottle created these beautiful butter dishes that they have affectionately named The Butter Mansions and we love them!! They were inspired by the great @imc_clay ✨

Studio 9 in Raleigh Court brings together three artists working in three very different disciplines.

Host artist Michelle Fisher works in watercolor and oil, crafting still lifes layered with nostalgia: old toys, eggshells, origami cranes, and childhood trinkets that draw you into something quiet and deeply personal. Guest artist Ingrid Chase creates hand-carved pottery with layered surfaces that echo the rhythms of nature, pieces that are as satisfying to hold as they are to look at. And Dan Henderson is a photographer driven by one thing: finding the image nobody else sees. The light, the shadow, the detail most people walk right past.

Three artists, three very different ways of seeing the world.

April 25 and 26 in Raleigh Court. Full lineup and map at the link in our bio!
