OTF Foundations is going down tomorrow! 💪🔥

We’re breaking it down and getting back to the basics! Tomorrow, we’re focusing on the 5 foundational movements we use every day: Squat, Pull, Push, Lunge & Hinge. 🏋️‍♀️

These movements are all about building strength, boosting confidence, and creating a solid foundation for lasting results! Whether you’re new to OTF or looking to refine your technique, this is a great opportunity to focus on the fundamentals and make every rep count. 🙌

📲 Book your spot in any 2G or 3G class tomorrow! Let’s get moving Team🤩🤩

Summer 2026 is almost over and where do I even start. lots of memories, concerts, good workouts, good eats, and good times spent with good company. Definitely one for the memory books that’s for sure, could only fit 20 pictures in this but that’s only a few to scratch the surface. Time to shift into fall drinks and sweet treats and my favourite time of year 🍂
