CREATIVE ENTREPRENEURS INITIATIVE FREE CLASSES ARE OVER 🥹😭 Monday night was the last open and free class for creatives to attend with @makaylabinter_. The class discussed marketing and strategy with a central theme of: AUTHENTICITY! People follow, engage with and support other folks they like and are showcasing themselves. Whatever that looks like for you, there’s an audience. Be intentional, build a community and share. The Fall 2026 cohort is almost complete with their 10-weeks of business training, but most importantly, they’ve built a family in a community ❤️ Meet them below: @bethcoxstephens @Mobettathursdays | @Braxxbateman @safensoundrugs @sancho.smalls @focal4films @Evie_Jordann @imhereforplants_ @exit3a_thegame @mepirsch @shaemovement @nicoledfilms @birdieeeart @stephaniechapmanart @sydneyschertzphoto @taysty.treatz Apply now with the link in bio before Oct. 28!

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 is the official GRAND OPENING of @activationstudios! 🥳🪩 I was able to check it out the other day for a little preview. These are the cool things that caught my eye during the visit. Make sure to come out on Friday from 6-10pm to celebrate the stubbornness and passion of these Charlotte artists (particularly @stencilspray) who fully refuse to disappear. When they lost access to their last space, they found something new. And seemingly overnight, it’s evolved into something so magical. A third space for the creatives and the weirdos and the bored folks. This is what you’ve been looking for. Now located at 514 E 15th Street Connected to @substrateclt Gallery Hours: 4-10pm Wed-Fri 2-10pm Saturday 12-10pm Sunday Artists featured in this post: @heatherkostellart @theleftbrainedartist @creationsakebyerikarose @pumpurrnickel @cosmicpropaganda @imhereforplants_ @stephaniechapmanart @onlyfromem @makingthingsclt @markdoepker This is just a fraction of the artists showing work at Activation now!!!

Over a decade of loving you and while so much as changed, so much is also still the same. Maybe now its just...better. bigger. more. I actually have to reign in my heart when I think of you. Because when I start to tap in to the well of emotion there my heart just swells so so big. I wish I could be there for each tough moment as well as all the big joyous ones. I wish I could take this swelling emotion and smush it into your lungs and eyes and heart so you can breathe deeper knowing you're cherished. So you can see you the way I see you. So you could feel that I will never ever ever let you go. We are a package deal. Im so proud of you, dude. You are so rock n roll and you inspire me consistently. I have so much fun being curious with you. Learning to trust and to breathe and to play with you. You are so fun! 32 years and only getting better. I love you so much and im honored you love me back. The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb. Happy birthday my dearest one. Love, Wish 🕯🎂🕯
