Taking part in this competition is more than fulfilling a dream I've had since I was young.

It's also a personal and spiritual journey. One that only I can truly understand, and perhaps those who know me will understand in their own way.

I've always enjoyed doing things independently, especially training alone. Perhaps that's also why bodybuilding appeals to me. But stepping into the competitive side of it has opened up a whole new experience.

Being new to this sport, I've met people I might never have crossed paths with otherwise, learned new things and discovered another side of myself.

A special thank you to Hoe Chin for his guidance, encouragement and for reminding me to give my best. And to everyone I've met along the way, thank you for being part of this journey. ❤️

Winning or placing would be a bonus. What matters more is the experience, the growth and becoming a version of myself I haven't experienced before.

Looking back at who I was years ago, and where I am today, it's interesting how life continues to unfold. Even at this age, there's still so much to explore. Haha!

Time waits for no one.

We all have dreams, desires and things we've always wanted to try. But sometimes, we keep waiting for the right moment.

If there's something you truly desire, dare to take that first step.

You don't need to be the best, and you don't need to know how everything will turn out.

Just give yourself the chance to experience it.

Whatever happens on stage, this journey has already given me something meaningful.

And that itself is a victory. ❤️

Alaistair wasn’t a bodybuilder before this.

He’s a software engineer. Full-time job, same as most guys reading this.

He just wanted to see if he could actually do something before turning 30 which was to compete in a bodybuilding show!

10kg lost ➡️ 3 months ➡️ Full-time job the entire way.

Here’s what he said actually got him there, not a secret program,

We focus on regulars check-ins and also around food, and worked with him on it, not around him.

Three things worth taking from his experience if you’re thinking about making a real change:

1. You don’t need a bodybuilding past to start something real. The years you’ve already put in even casual training aren’t wasted. They’re the foundation only if you want to experience a show.

2. Consistency from someone else matters more than any single piece of advice. Alaistair didn’t need more information. He needed someone actually present through the hard parts especially the food, which is where most people quietly fall apart alone.

3. A full-time job isn’t the obstacle you think it is. He didn’t pause his career to get this result. The system has to work inside your real life!

This is exactly the process I use.

DM “PLAN” if you want to see how it’d work for you.
