Throwback to last weeks final training session with some of our coaches at the ARMA camp 💪🏼

It’s a wrap on the London chapter 🎬 the highs the lows and everything in between.

I can’t begin to fathom how different my life would be if I had chosen to stay in France, 8 years ago now.

Stepping outside that comfort zone has made my life 100x richer, in so many ways. So many encounters, a whole different career, tons of new friendships, started new addictions (looking at you @tenzing @dappa 👀), immense growth, a broken limb, new hobbies (I’d laughed in your face if you’d told me I’d do burpees for fun and run more than 20min), a sh*t ton of delicious sweet treats, quite a few trips (hello @wherenextescapes 😂), and much more.

I feel so many mixed emotions for the future: it’s exciting, overwhelming, unnerving, uncomfortable, but mostly exciting (again)!
Haven’t had this kind of freedom of movement in a very long time, and it just feels so strange and liberating.
The mantra of this year: surrender to the unknown, baby!

I do regret living my life in the UK thinking I would be here indefinitely and therefore, not prioritising doing the things I wanted to do.
If you’re like me: book that weekend trip, go see those places, do all these things you read about, and try that restaurant you saved on Instagram!

I never really planned or knew how long I’d stay, but 8 years went in the blink of an eye.

End of an era, start of a new one 🙌🏻 love you all!
