Lovely testimonial from one of our members in her own words. Don’t just take our word for it:

Just over a year ago I first joined the gym after going along to a few spin classes. I needed to sort out my eating and look after myself better as I had signed up to do the ride for precious lives for children’s hospice south west. I contacted Penny as I was curious about her fat loss programme, and haven’t looked back since. With Penny and the supportive instructors I have made huge progress into getting healthier and making better choices. I have been going to classes weekly and in the last few months had a few PT sessions with Rosie to start going to the actual gym part as well. I never ever ever imagined I would have joined a gym, and stuck at it. It’s the most lovely friendly gym ever and it’s the perfect place to help me reach my goals and help me when I’m struggling! I don’t know what I would have done without Penny and Rosie’s help! I really struggle with new situations and going along to things alone but all the members I have worked in classes with have been so supportive and lovely. I’m very happy to go to this gym and be supported. Thank you ❤️

Looking back at last Saturday’s Summer Solstice rid, not exactly sunshine and blue skies, but the spirits were high and the company even better.
Hard to believe that was the better weather compared to today…
Hope everyone’s managed to catch up on some sleep this week 😅

Just 4 days left until entries close for the Solstice Ride!

The ride is nearly full, and if you’re still on the fence… consider this your sign. Two stunning routes (30 or 50 miles), six welcoming groups, a sunrise rollout, coastal roads, medals, breakfast, and the best kind of early-morning magic.

Starts at 3:30am from @jordanscafemz in Marazion – they’re opening just for us to serve hot food at the finish.

Want to help make this morning even more special? Invite a friend ❤️Tag your ride crew.

👉Share this post with someone who needs an adventure right now.👈

Because the only thing better than chasing the solstice… is doing it together.

4 days left to enter – nearly sold out!
Grab your spot + spread the sunrise vibes:
