From “Good morning, ladies—let’s work!” at 5:00 a.m. to this by 9:00 a.m. 😂 Three hours. Thirty women coached. Countless reps, corrections, demonstrations and reminders to breathe. They got stronger and I got horizontal. 💀 This is what pouring into women before most people finish their first cup of coffee looks like. And yes—I’d do it all over again and again. 🖤💪🏾 I luv yall! #CoachLife #WomenWhoLift #TheWholeYou #ColumbusFitness #WomenSupportingWomen EarlyMorningWorkout
