Day 6 of 30 📚

I really didn’t know homeschooling my own children would lead me here.

What started as something I was doing for my babies turned into something I genuinely want to build for other families too.

Impressionable Minds is just getting started. 🤎

A little reset before the week begins. 🤍

Preparing our space isn’t about perfection, it’s about creating an environment where everyone can thrive. Clean spaces, organized materials, and intentional routines help bring more peace, patience, and presence into our home.

As the children return to learning, we’re setting the tone for a week filled with curiosity, growth, and connection. Because when a home is prepared with love, everyone benefits.

Here’s to a week of learning, laughter, grace, and making memories together. ✨

Seeing your baby grow and learn is so fulfilling 🥹

When you’re teaching multiple children you eventually realize they they will not all have the same learning strategies. My daughter and son’s way of learning are completely different from each other and the road to figuring this out was pretty bumpy.

📖 STORY TIME 📖

I learned that my daughter can sit and be taught. 🙋🏾‍♀️

My son, on the other hand, loves hands on learning. 🖐🏾

So finding ways to accommodate them both, at the same time, has been challenging. I felt I wasn’t seeing progression in my son’s learning because I was putting so much more focus on my daughter.

It wasn’t until I realized that my son liked to be guided into doing things on his own. Now, I allow him to do more without my immediate help and he asks for assistance if he feels he needs it. He’s surprised me a couple weeks ago with this one.

We’ve finally entered his writing phase! 👏🏾🥹
