How long should your contest prep really be? Spoiler: ✔️ It’s not 8-12 weeks ✔️ It’s not a crash diet ✔️ It’s not “panic cardio” For most athletes, a successful prep is 16-24+ weeks because we are not JUST losing weight. THIS IS NOT A “GET SKINNY CONTEST”. We are protecting muscle, managing hormones, balancing real life, and creating a physique that you are proud to present on stage. Everyone’s starting point is different. Natural vs. Enhanced, each requires a different strategy and timeline. And COMMUNICATION matters so much more than perfection! If you’re thinking about stepping on stage in 2027, START NOW, not when it’s “closer” to show day. Strategy > Suffering Planning > Panic Honesty > Guessing ❤️FREE coaching consultation call available! Book now using the link in our bio or comment “PREP” below and we will walk you through a REALISTIC timeline for YOUR body, YOUR lifestyle, and YOUR goals! #contestprep #bodybuildingcoach #npcbikini #fitmodelprep #bikiniprepcoach

@sasquatchproam is a WRAP! ❤️ John, coaching and doing life with you is truly something I will never take for granted. I’m so grateful I get to do all of this with you by my side. I’m incredibly proud of my athletes @madaleneaponte @aliciaakers27 @macfitness_macros who absolutely KILLED it on stage yesterday. Watching you step up there and represent everything we’ve worked for makes my coach heart so full. 🥹❤️ ❤️And to every single one of you who came up to say hi and shared with me how much my comeback journey means to you… from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I may have cried a few times yesterday 😂 but I promise they were all happy tears. My heart desires nothing more than to inspire other women to NEVER give up on their dreams. To know that it is never too late to start. And especially for the MOMS out there, to know that we have a space to belong, compete, and EXCEL in the IFBB and NPC. We belong here. ❤️ Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. To my Papa Bear @fbf_papa_bear , and to all of the judges @mo_marieannnewman @utahnpc Steve, @mayberrymichele who took the time to give me words of encouragement yesterday… you have no idea how much those words meant to me. I appreciate you more than I can say. And a HUGE congratulations to my beautiful friends @breewilson.ifbbpro and @fitwith.jess on your incredible placings! So proud of you both. ❤️ Bodybuilding… THANK YOU. Thank you for giving me this community. Thank you for giving me people who feel like family. And thank you for continuing to remind me why I love this sport! Love, Em Our girls ❤️ @imryleejohnson thank you for glamming the girls yesterday! @aliciaakers27 🩷 our best package Miss you in the group pic @madaleneaponte ! 🩷

Last show of the season… now it’s time to BUILD. 🥹💪🏼 Definitely bittersweet because I completely thrive on structure, a plan, and having a goal I’m working toward. This next season is going to look a little different, but I’m so excited to see what we can build and how much I can grow. A huge thank you to my coaches who got us here. 🤍 This was by far the BEST package we brought to the stage this season, and I’m so proud of it. Three preps. Three completely different experiences. And I’ve learned a hell of a lot through every single one. This prep was by far the easiest, and I think that says a lot about how much I’ve grown throughout this season—not just physically, but mentally too. And we finished the season STRONG: 🥇 1st place 🥈 2nd place 🥈 2nd place 🥈 2nd place I placed well in all FOUR of my classes, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to close out the season. Now we grow. 🍑🔥

A little quiet since USA’s… but here’s the recap. I started writing about placings, then deleted it. It isn’t really the part that matters. Five competitors. Five first callouts. Five people who showed up with heart, grit, and discipline. If character, integrity, and class were judged, they’d have walked away with Pro Cards too. At this point, building physiques is the easy part. Training, nutrition, and protocols matter, but there isn’t much magic to it. If you have the genetics and you’re willing to do the work, we can build an incredible physique. What still fascinates me is who people are beyond what you can see. If the best thing about someone disappears when I close my eyes… that’s not very interesting. These five brought great physiques, but even better character. That’s what I’m most proud of, and it’s what I value most now. Thank you for trusting us with something that means so much to you, and for giving us meaningful work to do. We’ll keep building the exterior, but more importantly, we’ll keep building the person underneath it.
