Practicing since 2012, Sarah found yoga as a way to reconnect with her body + quiet her mind. Her classes blend creative vinyasa, humor, and feel-good movement.

Her goal is to invite play, curiosity, and exploration - on and off the mat ✨ Sarah’s last class is approaching for the season & feels so grateful for everyone who came and practiced with her this summer! Catch her while she’s still here for class this Wednesday & Friday.

LAST SATURDAY OF BEACH YOGA WITH ME, LETS GOOOO

Legit the vibes I bring to the function.

Teaching with @revivehamptons has been such a treat! Here’s to the pups we’ve met, the waves we’ve watched, and no matter how sandy we get, the support our knees get in low lunges 🙌 Going to really miss this until next year!

Get it???? 🤪 It’s Matsyasana on the beach!!!! … (that’s fish pose yall)

I did a cute shoot with @wess_is_more and as much as I LOVE messing around, it feels so silly to focus so much on physical postures!! But y’know what, we’re here to do a lot of things, and one of those things is have *fun* while the summer lasts. 🐟

See you on the mat, and in New Haven in just two weeks!!

@montaukom OM in Montauk is open everyday for the season and the studio looks beautiful. Airy, sunny, and mirrored, you almost feel like you’re outside. The best part - it’s right in town and right down the block from the beach.
OM has a really welcoming vibe the second you walk in. No attitude, no pressure, just people showing up to move and feel good.
I took @jessicaaaarae_ Pilates class and loved it. There’s a great flow to the class, and before you know it your abs are shaking and muscles you forgot existed are waking up. Challenging, but in a really good way.
What I also like about OM is that it isn’t just yoga. Their schedule mixes things up with a great lineup of experienced teachers and a good variety of classes, including Community Class, Mat Pilates 50, OM Flow 60, Power Flow 60, Sculpt Flow 60 and Slow Flow 60. Each class offers a different way to move and reset. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.
As much as I love my high-energy workouts, every once in a while it’s nice to trade the adrenaline for a little balance. OM is not a heated studio and is a great reminder that fitness doesn’t always have to leave you drenched in sweat to be effective.

Hi friends! While I’ve been teaching these past few years, I’ve been trying to decide whether to keep yoga content together or separate from my main account. I think I’ll post to both for now, since this gives me the lovely benefit of scrolling on a yoga-only (mostly) feed.

I hope that you’ll enjoy keeping up with my classes here! My hope is to provide supplemental activities (like guided meditations) and prompts along with my weekly offerings, since I only have time to share space 1-2x each week.

Sending you love this beautiful April!

Every year or two I like to teach a series of classes breaking down basic yoga philosophy for folks newer to the practice - and as a reminder to myself and seasoned students of where to direct our attention both on and off the mat. So it’s Yamas time again! ❤️

All classes held at @ascentnewhaven :)
