I always had a dream of being a personal trainer. I wanted to help people in any way that I could. Somehow I’ve been able for almost 3 years now to live my dream. Last year @elliotdole, @emillyyrichardson, @camschafer90, and myself accomplished an incredible feat and are now “Apex” trainers. Never in my life could I believe I would be able to have so much success in something I love so dearly. And to be able to share it with people I hold so dearly is nothing short of miraculous. But it’s a testament to those around me who have helped me grow every step of the way. I couldn’t be more grateful for the best boss ever @jackieregan06 and the most amazing coworkers both past and present. And most importantly we couldn’t do any of this without the most incredible and wonderful people that put their faith and trust in us as clients year after year. I truly have the best job ever. #personaltraining #apex #lifetimeranchosanclemente

February recap…🫶🏽

Hi friends🙋🏽‍♀️👋🏽Back from my Instagram fast just a few days early! Honestly I’m not even mad to cut this short. I had a really solid almost 28 whole days without it. The point was not the amount of days... Sometimes I go longer sometimes I go shorter. It was to check my dependency and increase my focus. Mission accomplished✅
