POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Tyler is a beautician who has been working in the beauty space since 2016. Her work has taken her behind the scenes of Miss USA Pageant week and New York Fashion Week, providing beauty treatments and services on some of the industry’s biggest stages. Today she serves as Operations Manager of D2 Cutz, Monrovia’s Man Cave, where something new is brewing for beauty lovers... stay tuned 👀

But for Tyler, beauty has never been only about appearance. 🌿

She practices from a holistic perspective, believing that our hair and skin hold energy. They carry our stories, our stress, our joy, and our ancestry. Because of that, she believes every touch matters. Even a simple beauty treatment should be done with intention, reverence, and care, preserving the health and sacredness of your hair and skin, not just making it look good.

At the Refresh Soul & Wellness Retreat, Tyler will guide you through:
🌊 Nourishing facials to restore and renew
🧂 Sea salt scalp treatments and scrubs to release, cleanse, and reset
🐚 Sea body scrubs made with refined sand and a blend of oils crafted to nourish the skin

Each treatment is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and honor yourself by the ocean in Robertsport, where healing is all around you.

Come as you are. Leave refreshed in body, skin, and soul. 🤍

Day 3.
Sound healing meets Yoga Nidra.
This isn’t about doing more—it’s about letting the nervous system finally exhale.

Vibration moves where words can’t.
Guided rest creates space the mind can’t force.
Together, they bring the body back to neutral—where healing actually begins.

If your body feels tired but your mind won’t shut off, this practice is for you.
If you’re holding more than you realize, this is your invitation to soften.

Pause. Listen. Let yourself drop in.
Replay this when your system needs grounding.

Save this. Share it. Come experience it live.

Grateful for the moment.
Grateful for the openness.
Grateful for being received in Liberia.

Day two reminded me that presence matters more than numbers.

Rest in Heaven, Wilmot ‘Jr’ McCritty.
Hate that I couldn’t make it to celebrate your life & passing in person, but I’ve been reflecting on you and my Grandad passing these past few weeks. I couldn’t find more pictures of us together but I’m so glad that we got to enjoy some quality time before you left us. You never know when that last time will be with someone.

I couldn’t even bring myself to post some of these pictures when he passed a few years ago. I guess I just needed some time. Losing both of you still sits heavy, but I know you’re watching over the family together now.

Until we meet again… we’ll keep carrying the legacy you both left behind. 🤍🕊️

Inside the noise, we find ourselves. Me and Tyler surrounded by uglyfaces — a mirror of what the world won’t say out loud. This isn’t just art; it’s expression, resistance, and identity in color.”

Sometimes all your hair needs is a little TLC to remind you what it’s capable of! Thanks to @roddaebliss for stopping by for the reminder
